1、比赛规则（1）比赛以公平、公正为原则，真正地体现我们本次活动的真正目的。本次演讲比赛分为预选赛和决赛二个阶段。预赛由本班所有老师参与评选，决赛由本园的所有老师进行评选。（2）大赛分为自我介绍，演讲比赛，才艺展示三个环节。依据评委打分计算出成绩，最后颁发一等奖、二等奖、三等奖和优秀奖。 2、活动流程（1）主持人开场白（2）领导讲话致辞（3）选手按照比赛具体步骤依次上台演讲和英语才艺展示。（4）评委点评（5）主持人宣布比赛成绩和名次（6）颁奖由领导发奖（7）活动参与者合影（8）主持人宣布活动结束（9）按照统一安排依次退场 3、比赛的具体过程第一环节（20分）：选手简要做自我介绍小班：大约每人30s 中班：大约每人1min 大班：大约每人1.5mins 第二环节（50分）：选手依次上台演讲小班：大约每人3mins 中班：大约每人4mins 大班：大约每人5mins 第三环节（30分）：才艺展示第四环节：演讲结束后，由评委做总评。并依据比赛成绩宣布各参赛选手成绩。五：具体评分细则 ●仪表形象（20分） 1）着装整齐，大方得体。（10分） 2）姿态自然，动作适度。（10分）
