Graduates’ pressure in finding jobs
1 hi jack ! It's near july , this is a harvest seasons. Do you see some interesting things on the campus? such as Graduates? they are preparing graduation !

of previous life .

1 So you don't notice them clearly. Graduates can be divided into two portions. One portion is happy .They enjoy thier last university life .Then the other portion is depressed and regretful .Beacuse before they leave universiy , they suddenly found that anything interesting can be memeried . Do you will get this feeling when you leave collage?

1 I think these depressed students becasue of the pressure of finding jobs . Owing to their laziness ,they can't get enough knowledge to get good job or admitted to graduate .In this regard, what is your view ?jack .

1 However nowadays, more and more university graduates complain that graduation does not equate to employment. They experience great difficulties finding satisfactory jobs. Jack ,do you think what is the cause of this phenomenon ?
2 graduates lack experience. They spend most of their time at school studying academic subjects and lack relevant job training. Only after graduation do they realize it’s hard to find jobs.
1 Yes . I think competition among graduates grows more bitter and more bitter .In recent years ,university has been in the enrollment of students. The supply of university graduates exceeds social demand.
This results in a decreased chance for any individual graduate to find a job.
2 Some students don’t study hard. Some of them skip classes just because they have no interest in certain subjects. Some play computer games or pursue other interests. Some sleep in class or in the library. Then they leave the sheltered environment of the university campus, to discover they don’t have adequate knowledge to apply for many positions, which makes them feel lost and frustrated.
1 Since they are indulged greatly at home and haven't been trained to do things on their own, once it is their turn to go out of the campus and find jobs by themselves and decide what kind of jobs to choose, they feel bewildered and don't know what to do. If their first try fails, they will be frustrated and think that it is really hard to find jobs.
2 Some are addicted to computer games or Jin Yong's novels, or step into the two-person-world too early. Because these things have taken up so much of their time and energy, their study is neglected.
1 However , some graduates are conceited. They lack experience but ask for a high salary, which is impractical .
2 Right,I think university students should try their best to change this situation . When they are in school, they should make the most of the
ir time and put their heart into their studies.
1 I think this is not enough ,exception,they should hold part-time jobs in their spare time to accumulate relevant work experience. They should take part in some social activities and provide themselves with special training, if possible. When they graduate and apply for jobs, they should attach more importance to accumulating experience than to their starting salary.

1 Once ,I talked with a graduated senior . He suggust that if you want to be a manager rather than only an ordinary worker ,you should see many good books .You can broadened your horizons and established higher goals . So,I plan to lend many books from libary.Do you want how to plan your college life ?

My campus life
Hello everyone.Today I'm glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh experience in China Agriculture University.
First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even worse there would be nobody remind me
except my teacher!So the differences are everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and it's wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.
My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I wish to win more competitions in my campus life.
Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that I've got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful lives in ou
