1、浙江省高中生的时间规划（以2018级学生为例）
高一上学期：初入高中，抱有对初中的怀念以及对高中的未知，进入高中进行学习，需要适应高中课程数量的增加和课程难度的提升。在这个学期需要学会适应高中的学习节奏，提升自身的学习效率，在学科学习上掌握正确的学习方法，端正个人的学习态度才能快速的适应高中的快节奏生活。
高中阶段的各科学习与初中阶段大不相同。
理科类学科学习，初中阶段的学科知识更注重识记性的基础知识，在理解的层面上要求相对较低，主要在于对知识的简单应用。一部分学生在初中阶段学习过程中过度依赖套用公式而忽略了对概念的理解，这样的学习思路在初中阶段的学习中可能并没有什么较明显的影响，甚至可能成为快速解题的手段。而进入高中阶段，随着学科知识更加贴近学科逻辑，通过套用公式和死记硬背的往往不能灵活地解答相应的问题，而需要对学科知识的内在联系进行理解，将所学知识连成线、织成网，发现知识内在的联系，才能更好地掌握学科逻辑，是的理科学科的学习更加的轻松。
文科类学科学习的过程中需要补充大量的知识储备，因为部分学生在初中阶段并不重视文科学科的学习，以至于没有文科所需的基本常识，如历史朝代更替，国家地理位置，人文环境差异，政治制度差异等生活常识匮乏，在文科学科的学习过程中无法快速的接纳大量的知识性内容。从而需要大量的背诵记忆文段，使得学科学习过程变得枯燥乏味。所以在文科学习中首要的是积累大量的人文知识，在学习的过程中将人文知识与历史、地理、政治联系起来，从而构建起文科学科的逻辑性。
语言类学科的学习注重积累和训练，在平时的学习过程中能够主动去阅读和书写，是提升语言累学科的重要途径。通过频繁的整理回顾旧的知识，从而达到温故知新的效果，通过刻意练习和反复记忆可以提升对基础词汇的掌握。同时通过阅读和朗诵可以提高对语言的语感，提升自身的学科素养和对语言的感知力。而且语言类学科的学习，是长期积累所形成的
素养，很难通过短期训练有一个较高水平的提升，只有长期坚持学习才能有量变到质变，有一个较为明显的能力提升。
在这个阶段，学生需要快速适应高中的生活节奏，掌握学科学习的方法，同时了解各学科的学科特点，根据自身的职业规划和兴趣特长来初步的筛选学选考学科，并作出高中三年的时间规划。
高一下学期：这个学期将面临高中阶段的第一次学业水平考试，学业水平考试为高中生学业要求的最低标准，考查的都是学科，学考每科目仅一次考试机会：
