某微细粒难选金矿石选矿工艺研究

张莉蒋升国王星(新疆维吾尔自治区矿产实验研究所,新疆乌鲁木齐830000)摘要某大型金矿矿石性质较复杂,脉石矿物种类繁多,金矿物主要是自然金和银金矿,金矿物嵌布粒度微细、嵌布关系十分复杂,大部分金矿物被硫化物、难溶硅酸盐及碳酸盐矿物包裹,矿石磨至-71μm 占80%时仅有约10%的金矿物实现单体解离。为确定该矿石的开发利用工艺,分别进行了单一氰化浸出工艺、单一浮选工艺、浮选—氰化浸出工艺研究。结果表明,采用单一浸出工艺处理矿石,在磨矿细度为-38μm 占96%,浸出液固比为3∶1,石灰用量为3000g/t (pH=11.5),氰化物初始浓度为0.05%,浸出时间为6h 情况下,金浸出率仅达61.59%。矿石在磨矿细度为-71μm 占80%的情况下,采用2粗1精1扫、中矿精扫选后返回的闭路流程处理,获得了金品位为33.57g/t、金回收率为51.60%的金精矿,尾矿金品位仍高达1.67g/t。以单一浮选试验结果为基础,对浮选金精矿进行焙烧—浸出,对浮选尾矿进行直接浸出,金总回收率达79.32%,明显优于单一氰化浸出工艺或单一浮选工艺的回收效果。

Study on Mineral Processing Technology of a Micro Fine -grained Refractory Gold Ore

Abstract A large gold ore is characterized by complex nature and various gangue minerals ,the main gold minerals are native gold and electrum ,most of the gold minerals are encapsulated by sulfide ,insoluble silicate and carbonate ,the particle size of gold minerals are very fine and they have complex association and dissemination .Only about 10%of the gold minerals can be dissociated when the ore milled reaches 80%-71μm .In order to determine the technology to development and utili?zation of the ore ,single cyanide leaching process ,single flotation process and flotation cyanide leaching process were carried out respectively .The result shows that ,the leaching rate of gold obtained by single leaching process is only 61.59%when leaching conditions are grinding fineness -38μm 96%,liquid -solid ratio is 3∶1,dosage of lime is 3000g/t (pH=11.5),the ini?tial concentration of cyanide is 0.05%,the leaching time is 6h .In the case of the grinding fineness of 80%-71μm ,the flota?tion flowsheet of two roughing one cleaning and one scavenging is used to obtain the gold concentrate of 33.57g/t Au and re?covery of 51.60%,but gold grade of the tailings was still up to 1.67g/t .On the basis of the single flotation test result ,the flota?tion gold concentrate is roasted and leached and the flotation tailings are leached directly .The total recovery of gold is 79.32%,which is obviously better than the single cyanide leaching process or the single flotation process .Keywords Flotation ;Cyanide leaching ;Flotation -leaching combined process ;Leaching rate ;Recovery rate
