龙源期刊网 https://www.360docs.net/doc/da16811736.html, 价格折扣对促销效果影响分析 作者:王姝婕 来源:《现代商贸工业》2016年第31期 摘要:商品打折或优惠是促销活动的一种常见手段,但这种促销受到商品价格和优惠幅 度的综合影响。以往研究结果也表明,促销结果主要表现在三个方面:沟通效果、销售效果和促销效果。在此基础上深入分析商品的价格折扣在这三个方面的具体影响,不仅可以对大众的消费心理有更多的了解,也为商家改善促销方式提供一定的理论基础。 关键词:价格折扣;沟通效果;销售效果;促销效果 中图分类号:F27 文献标识码:A doi:10.19311/https://www.360docs.net/doc/da16811736.html,ki.16723198.2016.31.027 打折是商家促销的主要手段。每逢节假日或者店庆,商场里随处可见“买300元减50元”、“八折优惠”、“折后满500元再减50元”等字样。市场是,价格折扣通常通过两种方式呈现,一种是基于金额的价格折扣,另一种是基于百分比的价格折扣。不同的价格折扣呈现方式对消费者的影响有所不同,消费者对价格折扣的认知不同将直接影响消费者购买意愿,而对购买意愿的研究决定着商家采取何种价格折扣方式。那么这些商促销活动的效果怎样?促销的效果受到哪些因素的影响等,这些都是本文所重点讨论的问题。 1 价格折扣呈现形式 在生活中,消费者很容易被商场的折扣吸引。认真观察不难发现,商家常见的折扣方式有两种:比如说服装卖场的“买300元减50元”或者“五折优惠”,即,折扣方式可分为基于金额 或者基于百分比。但无论是哪种形式,其目的都是降低商品价格,让消费者感受到商品的优惠,从而影响消费者的认知,达到促销目的。 1.1 基于金额的价格折扣 基于金额的价格折扣方式是最常见也最易于让消费者接受的价格折扣呈现方式。其通常变现为对原定商品价格的减少,通俗易懂,很易于绝大多数消费者接受。这种价格折扣方式常见于金额较小的商品种类或者较为大众化的商品销售场所。基于金额的价格折扣正向影响消费者感知节省,价格折扣的变异幅度负向影响消费者的感知节省。可以理解为,有价格折扣的商品与没有价格折扣的商品对比,消费者会更倾向于有价格折扣的商品,同时,有价格折扣的商品之间对比,其折扣幅度越大即原价与折扣价之间的差距越大,消费者的感知节省越低,反之原价与折扣价之间的差距越小,消费者的感知节省则越高。这就出现了许多商家为提高消费者感
