电脑等电子工具越来普及，对人们的生活越来越方便。有了
电话我们可以和任何人通话;有了手机我们可以把它放在口
袋里，随时随地的与别人交流，不受时间、地点等各种因素
的限制;有了电视我们可以坐在家里旅游世界;有了电脑更
是对我们有问必答。但今天我决定着重介绍一下手机和手机
的利端与弊端。
手机大约在八几年开始使用，但只是使用在一些大城市
中比较富裕的有钱人家和一些有特别需要的人。到了九几年
手机开始普遍化、大重化、流行化，而不只是局限于个别的
人。青年人、中年人、老年人都可以拥有自己的手机，甚至
手机在一些学生中都拥有一定的低位、受到一定的青睐。手
机的功能也随着时间的发展、社会的进步而越来广泛。一开

主题班主任会 参加人员：丁校长、贾风燕、全体班主任（周兆亮、张绪栋、朱亚丽） 会议主题：学生上课玩手机，你怎么办？ 发言内容： 一、初三班主任周兆亮老师：学生上课玩手机应对措施 1、暂时收取学生的手机，告知上课看手机是严重违反纪律。 2、通知家长学生上课看手机的事情。询问家长手机来源，然后询问学生手机来源，并与家长核实的信息对比，确定手机的来源。 3、在班级中进行通报批评，就此事展开讨论。讨论手机的使用规范性，以及上课玩手机的害处。 4、与全班制定相应的班规及惩罚措施，班主任加以引导班规内容要与学校的规章制度一致。老师与学生共同制定不允许上课看手机以外的其他纪律，用学生自己制定的纪律和班规约束学生的行为，提高学生遵守纪律的自觉性。 二、初一班主任朱亚丽老师：关于对学生带手机上课的处理措施 首先课前应该管理好手机,查清手机的来源,看存不存在欺骗或者撒谎的行为,带来手机要按照时间使用,班级内要明确规定,违反者要有应对的惩罚措施. 其次,要针对手机使用,如何使用,在班级开一个主题班会,以此来让学生明白手机的益处和危害性,必要的时候带是可以的,带来后交由班主任老师保管,周五离校后退回,学校严禁的必须遵守.其次一旦发现学生带手机到学校,甚至进入课堂,先要保护学生的隐私,待学生删除或者关机后再没收手机,进行处置和批评教育,同时也要联系家长,让家长知道和明白没收后的归还时间,较轻者,家长来校后取走,并监督学生,不允许带手机进校玩耍,并警告学生事不过三,出现类似情况要根据中学生行为规定进行惩罚. 三、初二班主任张绪栋老师：课堂上没收学生手机的处理方法和建议 1、果断没收其手机，在保护学生隐私的情况下检查学生手机里有无不健康的学校规定不允许的内容，对其进行批评教育。 2、在全班班级宿舍范围内进行大检查，查清还有没有其他违背学校规定私自带手机的情况。 3、联系家长了解其手机的情况，讲解学校校纪校规。并告知没收情况和处理结果。 4、召开全班以学生私自带手机的危害性为主题的班会，强调学生私自带手机的严重性和危害性，对全班同学进行警示和教育。

Second, they can easily surf the Internet at anytime in anywhere to get the message they want to know. Third, the software about study in their mobile phone can help them learn well, such as the E-dictionary. While others are against this opinion.
