教案是任课教师对教学设计与实施的方案，教案的编写一般以章为单元，具体说明如下：
1、教学目的：通过本章的学习应达到的目的，包括让学生了解的问题，应掌握的内容等方面。
2、教学重点与难点：本章的教学重点、难点分别列出。
3、学习者分析：对授课对象的分析，应对策略
4、教学内容：是授课的核心，列出本章准备授课内容的提纲。
5、教学方法：指本章使用的教学法，如讲授、讨论、提问、实习、参观等。
6、教学进程：授课过程中各分段内容的时间安排。
7、教具准备：指本课题计划使用的教具，挂图、模型、多媒体教学手段等。
8、互动与交流：列出本章讲授中要提出一些让学生回答的问题，加深理解本章内容以及重点与难点，同时加强师生互动。
9、自主学习内容：提出若干问题以供讨论，或作为课后复习时思考，亦可要求学生作为作业来完成，依据学生完成情况对后续教学进行调整改进，学生完成情况可作为形成性评价依据。
10、选用教材：列出选用教材，写明名称、作者、出版社及出版时间、版本。
11、参考资料：列出参考书籍、有关资料。除了写书名，还要写明作者姓名、出版社名称、出版时间、版本。
