教学质量检测评价方案(试行) 为全面提高我校教育教学质量，根据县教育局相关工作要求，不断强化教育教学管理、进一步规范我校教育教学常规管理，促进学生的全面发展，建立有效科学的教学质量监控制度，现对学校教学质量检测评价制定以下方案： 一、教学质量监控的项目 教学质量监控项目分别为：学科教学质量检测、学科课堂教学管理、学生学科抽测等。 二、教育教学质量监控的内容与方式 1、明确单元达标内容，同一年级统一检测进度。 学期初以年级学科组为单位，统一制定一学期的学科单元达标进度表，并上交学校。教务办将按进度表定期检查教师的达标检测情况，计入教师个人量化分，同时也做为评选优秀级部的衡量标准之一。2、学科教学质量检测。 检测的学科为语文、数学等。 每学期期中、期末对各年级学科进行检测，检测由县教研室或学校统一命题、统一考试、统一评卷。根据反馈的成绩，进行质量分析。 … 以上学科的检测，只是阶段性评价的形式之一，不是学生成绩的唯一评价方式。学生的学业成绩的评定还必须与其他的评价方式相结合，如综合素质评价，形成多元化的评价体系。语文、数学、以外的学科注重学生的学习态度、兴趣、习惯、方法、能力和解决问题等方面进行考查。在检测过程中有发现弄虚作假行为的，特别是有意制造机会、

教学质量检测系统 ————迎抽考改革而编程制作一个U盘，考遍全县，教学检测，教育督导，科学管理，创新发展。 近几年对教育的投入，微机、微机室、多媒体教室已经进入了农村学校，家用计算机得到普及，教师、学生对计算机的使用不再陌生，已具备了微机参与考试、学习的条件。与电脑结合减轻的是强度，提高的是效率，是与数字化时代发展同步。 在网上阅卷开展之际，结合多年的编程经验，开发了教学质量检测系统，望体验审阅，对完善程序运行模块和检测办法匹配提出改进意见，落实可行性开发的可能！ 一、教学质量检测系统主要功能 （一）可以实现的题型：填空、判断、单选、多选、排序、计算、应用、英语阅读理解和判断、听力等。 （二）试题内容可以是文本、图片、语音等多媒体信息。调用四则算式分步计算器、示意图画板等工具，辅助输入、思考。 （三）鼠标操作，调用讯飞手写板输入汉字和英语单词等，考查学生的识字词能力。 （四）试卷以加密数据库形式保存在u盘（网盘）中，只能由检测系统打开，便于携带和保密。考试前，考卷题库由电子教室软件分发到学生用机上。上机考试时，试题以随机+倒计时形式呈现，学生所做试题相同，顺序不同，减少了相互参考的可能。
（五）考测结束后生成考测报告和个人考测记录：考测报告以加密数据库形式保存，方便以后读取；个人检测记录以文本文件保存，其中的做错题记录，方便教师的讲评和学生的反思。如果有相应的服务器地址和保存文件权限，可改进程序的设计，将这些保存在服务器中，统计成绩更方便。 （六）安排同以前抽、统考，只是去时领U盘，到了用微机，回来交U盘（改进后网传成绩）。单位、班级、学生姓名、考号、成绩、错题等实时记录。学生不在奔波，教师不用阅卷，成绩考后可知。省时省力，科学高效。 二、教学质量检测系统运行要求 （一）微机室有教师主控机，所有微机安装电子教室软件，学生用机要加装耳机，有听力考试时使用，也减少相互干扰。 （二）参考学生大于微机台数时，设置待考室；提供与准考证相符的学生图片（小于50kb）。 （三）每校设1至2名主控机管理员，学生平时加强机考练习。 四、教学质量检测系统应用展望 县局曾经有过服务中心，主要以印制单元练习题形式，辅助教学活动的开展；现在多以教辅、资料来强化练习，提升学习能力；如果使用教学质量检测系统系列练测软件，把单元、教辅、课外资料、平时积累和网络资源等等练习考试之精华，把一些基础的、常见的、典型的、易错的试题，用输入、粘贴、导入或扫描的方式，制成各科测练数字题库（跟课的、单元的、月考的、
