在一个月后的月考中，我英语考砸了，分析下来主要原因有几点：第一、没有做好心理准备

小学的学习生活中，试卷相对来说较为简单，分数较高也十分正常，因而进入初中就产生了过于自信的心理，从而认为自己什么都考得出来，所以在考试时没有放平心态去做，而是潦潦草草、一笔落下，而进入初中后，考试的思考性增大了，在思考时不是转个弯就能想到的。考试时一定要思考缜密，不然就会撞得头破血流。

第二、没有落实好自己的计划

开学时，的确信心满满，也十分有计划的想好了自己的目标，但是没有每天落到实处，主要还是因为我太过懒了，没有努力去做，才导致竹篮打水一场空。

第三、心思太杂

可能心里没底，考试时总想着“考不好怎么办”“如果有不会做的.怎么办”如此之类，而且在考完试后，如果有预感自己会考砸就

会一直担心它会是我分数很低之类的，从而影响之后的考试了。

第四、没有把握住机会学习

人人是学习之人，处处是学习之处，时时是学习之时。这句话充分印证了珍惜时间之于学习的重要。但我却一直心猿意马，时不时还来句神似的话语，没有把握住一切时间学习，比如在自习课、午休时间可以抓紧时间学习。

第五、太过眼高手低

我之前的学习掩盖了我基础不扎实这一真相，给人的感觉不错。然而，考试渐渐将我的缺点暴露出来。而我，似乎也被这一假象迷住了双眼，不在乎基础，结果基础一下子失掉很多，栽了个大跟头。

找出了自己的不足，逐一改正，静下心来、努力学习，相信阳光一定就在那风雨后。
