大家好!
今天我受全体队员的委托，带着一份感谢、一份激动，还有一丝紧张，站在这里，和大家一起分享我们的篮球故事。
初次接触球队，是在刚进大学的时候，看到球场上激情四射的师哥们敏捷的运球、帅气投篮的动作，我的内心充满了羡慕与崇拜。也许是巧合，或者说是一种缘分，篮球队的教练正是我大学的班主任，我也凭借着身高的优势很快的进入了我理想中的球队。加入了球队，才发现并没有自己想象的那么轻松与神气。训练时每天上万米的运动量，数百次的投篮，每一次训练都历历在目。
每年的西北赛区的比赛都在三月中旬进行，这就意味着整个冬天都要备战。冬天在学校训练的条件是十分艰苦的。因为天气十分寒冷，对于篮球这项运动来说，队员们必须完全活动开身体才能保证训
练的效果同时避免受伤，在这样寒冷的环境下，想要达到预期的目的，必须加大热身的强度，往往还没有开始正式训练，队员们就已经跑得大汗淋漓了，而湿衣服贴在身上也容易引起感冒。再到放寒假，其他学生都回家了，空荡荡的学校就剩下我们，在这样的情况下队员们每天仍然要坚持训练6个多小时，而且我们的教练是那样的“不近人情”，时常还要给我们加大训练力度。由于放假，队员们的吃饭、洗澡也成了很大的问题。很多队友都因为训练感冒了，大家训练的热情普遍下降。对于CUBA西北赛，我们还是比较陌生的，因为在以前只是听说过，很少看到过比赛，而这次我们竟成为了这场比赛的主角，带着学院领导、老师以及同学们的希望与鼓励，我们踏上了第十三届CUBA
中国大学生篮球联赛西北赛区的征途。
来到太原理工，我才真正的体会到了什么是CUBA，它是大学生点燃能量努力追梦的舞台，是每一个热爱篮球者的梦。站在开幕式上，面对西北各个高校的篮球健儿们，我们这支天山脚下的队伍，显得那么的单薄，但是谁也没有想到赛场上的我们是那么的坚不可摧，教练的鼓舞，队友的打气，让我们一次次赢得了观众的掌声。CUBA网站
上曾经有这样一篇报道是这样介绍我们的：这是一个没有单招的学校，也是一个天山以北的学校。这是一支没有像样的场馆，五个月基本不能训练的球队，也是一支仅有九年历史却被解散了三年的球队。他们的队员里有以前从没打过球的人，他们向全校范围内招人而组建了校篮球队，他们还是十二个主力队员即将走七个的球队。他们是第一次
打进CUBA的球队，他们还是没有研究生的本科院校。他们的名字叫昌吉学院。说的没错，我们让所有的参赛队记住了昌吉学院。虽然没有成功晋级西北八强，但是我们尽力了，我相信明年的西北赛场上还会有我们这群追梦少年的身影。
从太原回来刚下火车就看到了院领导和老师们手捧鲜花，站在出口处。那一刻我们觉得所有的苦不算苦，所有的泪也不叫泪，它们都是幸福。
接下来的训练，队友们没有一个人敢松懈，因为我们不得不面临的是队里的老队员七个毕业生都走了。这对刚刚起步的我们来说确实是打击。但是没有一个人说过放弃，大家比以前更加卖命的训练，因为接下来的比赛，不仅仅是在我们自己，也是在为离开的队友们，为大家共同的目标——西北八强。
今年的CUBA赛区预选赛我们打的挺跌宕起伏，第一场对塔里木大学，我们兵不血刃的以83：51获胜，第二场对石河子大学，队友韩伟刚开场一个精彩的抢断我们2:0领先，紧接着他又一次抢断，就在那时他倒下了。裁判吹响了哨子，他被搀扶着走下了场，大家都围上去关切的询问韩伟，他坚强地说：“没事，你们加油好好打。”那一刻，我看见他的眼角泛起了泪光，也在那一刻我们坚定了信念要将这场比赛拿下来。但是，事与愿违，尽管我们全力以赴，最终还是以
两分之差输了这场比赛。赛后韩伟被送去了医院，检查结果出来所有人都震惊了，前十字韧带和副韧带完全断裂，大家也许不知道这对一个篮球运动员来说是多么残酷，这也就是意味着他的篮球梦想在这里就终止了。记得躺在病床上的他用泛红的眼睛看着我对我说：“九三，你们要加油啊，一定要好好比赛，不要辜负了老师们同学们对我们的期望，都怪我早不受伤晚不受伤，偏偏最关键的时候受伤了，要是我晚点受伤哪怕前两节不受伤也不会输”。我说：“过去了就让它过去吧，接下来的比赛我一定拼尽全力，你安心养伤我们等你回来”。他笑着说得，但谁能体会得到，他心里的那份痛楚。坚韧、执着，这是我从他身上看到的。当时的我忍住了眼泪，为了咱们队，更是为了受伤的韩伟，我们决心一定要拿下后面的比赛。半决赛，对阵大学，也可能是缺少了一名主力队员，这场比赛我们输了，但是我们每个人都努力了，我们不后悔也没有遗憾。他们可以打败我们，但是不会战胜我们。三四名决赛，又一次面对石河子大学，为了荣誉、为了信念、为了理想、更是为了韩伟，大家发挥的都很好，我们赢了石河子大学二十多分，获得这次比赛的第三名。
比赛结束了，但是梦想没有结束，因为篮球让我们相识，因为CUBA让我们相聚，在这个大家庭里我看到了很多、有泪水、有感动、有执著、还有欢乐，但更多的是对梦想的折服。最后，我代表全体队员，感谢一直关心我们的学院领导、老师和同学们以及陪我们一同走
过每一场训练与比赛的教练，是你们，给了我们前进的动力。让我们继续带着梦想，一起去追逐!

今天，在吉大师院第三届干部篮球追分赛的开幕式上，我能代表参加本次比赛的全体运动员发言，感到十分荣幸。
在这布满团结、奋进、友谊氛围的美好时刻，我们共同迎来了吉大师院第三届干部篮球盛会。连续两届干部篮球追分赛，给我们紧张 __学习生活带来了许多学习以外的生活激-情，给我们提供了一个展现自我、超越自我的舞台。在这两年里，篮球追分赛给了我们各系干部相互交流、相互学习的机会。在每次的球赛中，我们都积极参与、认真对待每一场比赛、发挥自己的最佳水平，向着篮球追风赛冠军的目标拼搏。今年，我们更加要顽强拼搏，为了自己的目标而奋斗。
在这里，我代表全体参赛运动员保证：在比赛中遵守各项规定，遵守赛场纪律，尊重对手，尊重裁判，胜不骄，败不馁，以顽强拼搏的精神，赛出水平，赛出风格。

__曾经说过：“奋斗着一件实事自有人类以来天天不息的。自学校开展篮球比赛以来，大家积极配合，奋勇拼搏。我们刻苦训练，团结协作。也取得成绩。这次篮球比赛，不但增强了每一位运动员的体质，好更让我们懂得了团结一心的含义。
比赛前还有人断言这什么，但是，我从来不相信这世界上有能
用可能或者不可能来断言事情的。因为我知道结果不是我们随追求的。
有过程才会有结果，有奋斗就会有收获。我想，无论是胜是败、是强是弱，只要我们努力奋斗过，经历了这样一段有意义的过程就是最大的收获，自己的超越。我想篮球比赛的目的不仅仅是锻炼身体，是更好的让我们懂的团结一心的含义。所以，无论是场上的选手，后场替补的选手还是撕破喉咙助威的拉拉队员们，都展现了咱们班最风
采的一面。就在上周的女篮比赛中，由于对方选手接连犯规，使得我们选手吃了很多的苦头。无论后来我们怎么抱怨，可是在这个舞台上，我们没有和他们争辩，而是坚持比赛。这展现了八班的班风好，队员素质高!我们靠的是实力和比分，因为场上比的是实力，比的是耐力，比的是魄力!
最后，我用basketball做结尾，我想basketball不仅是篮球的含义，最好的含义是：believe 、application 、selfless 、king 、earnest 、theorem 、boost 、amusement 、life 、lift 。相信+努力+无私+王者+认真+原则+帮助+乐趣+活力+提高=成功!
