摘要：信息是一种战略资源，是击败和威慑竞争者的战略武器。随着现代企业管理的发展，管理信息系统的出现在我国不仅已受到人们的密切关注，而且已经成产品、服务以及内外关系。建立信息系统的目的，就是要改进企业的经营管理方式，使之保障企业生存和繁荣的有效手段。因此，充分认识管理信息系统的重要性，积极推行管理信息系统的实施，是提高企业管理水平和企业竞争力以及使企业科学化管理的一个重要方面。
