好老师应该具备的品质

In my opinion, a good teacher should have an optimistic attitude, the smile is the biggest motivation for students. We study the first lesson is not optimistic?

We study the first lesson is not optimistic? Only keep good attitude, be happy to pursue success, can be in a failure to stand up. Secondly, have some sense of humor, can give the classroom bring vitality. In the happy atmosphere of learning, the efficiency is very high. Finally, a teacher should have patience, when students do not know can not to mind taking the trouble to teach them 。Because each student's intelligence level is different, accept the knowledge ability is different, so sometimes learn something new could be difficult。Only the teachers are patient to go on, to make them better to absorb. My English teacher is a patient man.

我认为，一个好老师要有一个乐观的心态，微笑就是给学生最大的动力。我们学的第一堂课不就是乐观吗？只有保持好的心态，才能快乐的去追求成功，才能在一次次失败后再站起来。其次，还要有些幽默感，能给课堂带来些活力。在快乐的氛围里学习，效率是非常高。最后，做一个老师要有耐心，当学生不懂时可以不厌其烦的去教他们。因为每个学生的智力水平不同，接受知识的能力也不一样，所以有时学些新东西也会很吃力，只有老师耐心的去讲解，才能让他们更好的

去吸收。我的英语老师就是一个有耐心的人。
