西陵区首届小学英语口语大赛活动方案 （2014-12-25 绿萝路小学承办） 一、活动目的 为丰富全区小学生学习英语内容，激发和保持学生学习英语的兴趣, 提高英语口语表达能力，培养竞争意识，为升入初中学习英语打下坚实的基础。同时，也是交流、展示校际间教学成果，推动全区小学英语课堂教学改革。 二、参赛对象 五年级学生。 三、组赛形式及比赛时间： 1. 初赛：以学校为单位，由学校组织五年级全体学生参加初赛。10月完成。 2. 复赛：以片区为单位，由片区组织学校代表队（每队4人）复赛。在片区复赛的基础上，推选出50%优秀学校代表队（4人）参加全区的决赛。11月完成。 3. 决赛：以区为单位，由区组织片区推选出的50%优秀学校代表队参加决赛。2014年12月25日（星期四圣诞节）下午举行 四、比赛地点 绿萝路小学承办 五、比赛内容及参赛规程 （一）比赛内容（以教材为蓝本） 1. 自我介绍。选手抽签决定参赛顺序，一次仅一名选手参赛，其他选手回避。（赛前选手自己准备好，限时3分钟以内完成）。 2. 抽签答题。选手抽签决定参赛序号，全体选手上场按序号就座，然后从大屏幕上选号答题，三轮回仅回答三个问题（选号后，看到答题时可以思考5秒钟后答题，限时1分钟以内完成）。 3. 看图说话。参赛规程同“抽签答题”一样（选号后，看到图片时可以思考10秒钟后开始，限时3分钟以内完成）。 4. 讲故事。参赛规程同“自我介绍”一样（赛前选手自己准备好，抽签后5秒钟开
