1)What will you do to get well prepared for an earthquake?

①Take classes in First Aid.

Knowing basic first aid is a simple skill that can not only help during an earthquake, but during every day life. Through taking classes in First Aid, at least I should learn how to deal with basic injuries.

②Choose two designated ['dezigneit] （指定的,选定的）places my family can meet after the earthquake.

③Repack（预先包装）my own earthquake kit with basic food, water , shelter and other basic necessary supplies. Make sure to keep one at home.Pack food that have a long shelf life（保质期）and make sure the water is much enough (at least make sure it can last for three days).The shelter should be portable tents that are easy to take and other basic necessary supplies such as clean bandages, essential drugs，flashlight and so on.

2)How do you see one’s academic performance at school in relation to their future achievement?

I think one’s academic performance has somthing to do with their future achievement.But not so important. I think what we learn from school is really important for future achievement.We learn how to learn,how to think,how to communicate with people and also how to face the challenges from the society at school.These things are what we learn from school. These things are what we need and they are basic and necessary for future achievement.These are what really impotant for future achievement. A good academic performance can just tell people you do very well in school but it doesn’t mean that you are sure to make a good future achievement.And one who does not have a good academic performance can also be successful.Bill Gates and ThomasAlvaEdison are good examples,they both didn’t finish school,but they are both very succcessful. So we should have confidence and believe in ourselves,then everything is possible.

3) Do you believe so-called “the tall, the handsome, and the rich” (高帅富) and “the white, the rich, and the beautiful” (白富美) are the universal pursuit of Mr. Right and Miss. Right for all young people?

I want to be an employee with a high salary.Because a high salary is enough for me and my family to live

a comfortable life. When I have accumulated enough money, they can start a business when conditions are favorable. And to be a boss is not so easy as it seems. To be a boss,you have to face with a lot of stresses ,difficulties and competitions,you will have many bills to pay, you should have excellent management skills, you should have strong willpower, you should have good fortune and so on.If you start a company by own,you can never be sure whether you will succeed or not and whether your company will survive in the market.And when your company is not running well,you are at risk.Many people want to be a boss because they just see the winners of them, not the failures. So I think an employee with a high salary is a better choice.

三、Finding a job, further study or going abroad, what’s your future career and how will you prepare for it?

A:Which will you choose after you graduate from college, finding a job, further study or going abroad?

B:On my part, if admitted, I will go abroad for further study first, and then I will find a job.

A:Why will you choose that?

B:Because studying abroad can practice the ability of independence and solving problems alone by myself. Furthermore, I can experience cultural differences which broaden my horizons. Besides, I will be accessible to the advanced teaching methods and better educational systems abroad.

A:Well,that’s really a good choice,but how will you get prepared for it?

B:Generally speaking, studying abroad spends much more money than studying internally. So the economic burdens are much heavier. To lighten the burden on my family, I will try my best to get a state scholarship. First of all, I would study the specialized(['spe??laizd] 专业的)knowledge hard to be qualified to get the opportunity. In addition, to master a foreign language is of great importance. Only if I stick on practicing for long enough can I get improved. Besides, quite a lot of customs in the west are very different from those in China,so I should learn to adjust to it. Well,how about you? what’s your choice?

A:I think finding a job will be my first choice.Because, first, I will get the money I need from my jobs.Though the money can not make me a millionaire, it would help me to become independent in economy first.Furthermore, when I step into the society, I will learn more than in the school. I will see more and experience more and gather experience can make me mature and it is also beneficial to my further development.

B:And will you prepare for a job?

A: First of all, I will surf the internet or go to the library to collect some information about the company or the job that I’m interseted in. Besides, I will ask the predecessors(['pri:dises?]前辈), my friends

or teachers for some advice, especially those who had managed to work in the field for the experience.

Then I will prepare a brilliant resume([ri'zju:m]个人简历)and practise my interview skills and get ready for the job interview.That’ all.

A: Nowadays,there are more and more young lovers on campus.Do you notice that?

B: Yeah, it just like a spring breeze([bri:z] 微风)that blow all the campus.

A: Do you think college campus romance should be encouraged or not？

B:Well,actually,there are reasons for this phenomenon.College students are far away from home and they are lonely,they seek friendship,understanding and love,the boys and girls can easily find comfort and appreciation from one another. And as adults they have the rights and freedom to love.But every coin has two sides, love is also a sharp double-bladed([bleid]刀片) knife.

A: Yeah, I agree with you.On the one hand, love really does good to the young's development.

The one with brilliant performance in study can encourage the other. They compete and learn from each other, and they can make progress together.

B:And Love can make them think much for each other,love makes them learn to take care of others and be considerate of others. They realize their responsibility as well as their importance. Love makes them mature. love can bring them good mood and a wonderful life.

Love is also a valuable experience.

A: However, on the other hand, we cannot ignore the side effects that campus romance brings to them. Love takes time. Frequently going out on a date may result in frequent absence from class and this will undoubtedly influence their study. When their love break up, they will feel very disappointed and depressed.This will bring them bad moods.And some of them may even commit suicide.So it’s harmful for their health.And it will also distract them from their study.

二、Discuss the friendship or problems between parents and children.

A: Nowadays,there are many problems between parents and children.How do you think about this?

B:Well,I think most problems are just a result of a lack of understanding and communication between parents and children. People who live in different time have different viewpoints towards social customs and tradition.Parents and children have different opinions and values,and this also leads to the problems.

A: Yeah, I agree with you. Parents do not understand children because they have their own way to live and think. The young might not be thought as responsible as the older would want them to be. Parents simply do not trust the younger ones because they do not do or think the same way as they do.

B: And In most cases, the parents often blame the children's behaviour or style of clothes instead of caring about their thoughts. Parents regard it as their responsibility to teach their children traditional beliefs.

They want them to be obedient([?u'bi:di?nt] 顺从的，服从的；)and do well in school. Therefore, misunderstanding often a rise from parents’ tendency to interfere in children’s daily activities.

A:And c hildren always complain that their parents do not understand while parents can’t approve of what their children say and do. the children want to be more independent, but the parents still want to take children under their wings.Thus, a big generation gap is formed.

B:Actually,children just want to be free to choose their own friends, select their own classes in school, plan their own future, earn and spend their own money, and generally run their own life in a more independent way than many parents allow.

A:So they wish to be understood by their parents, but most parents don’t quite understand the m. Sometimes,the children don’t respect their parents,and their parents also do n’t have the patience.

B:To solve problems, the parents and children should sit down together to talk or communicate with each other equally.

A:Yeah,parents should treat their children as friends and try to understand the feelings and thoughts of them.Meanwhile, children should learn to respect their parents and think of the problems from their parents' viewpoint.

B: Furthermore, the parents should keep study and catch up with the development of the fashion. In this way, they can understand their children's behaviour.

A:Yes. Parents and children need mutual understanding. Work together, and the problems will be solved.
