医疗纠纷案例特点分析及应对策略

【摘要】目的：分析新形势下医疗纠纷的特点，查找发生原因，改进医院管理。方法采取回顾性研究方法，对某三级甲等综合性医院近三年来结案的55例经医患双方协商或司法诉讼解决、医院给予一定经济赔偿的医疗纠纷案件进行分析讨论。结果医疗纠纷患者没有明显的性别特征，年龄分布集中于36~65岁年龄段，城市居民发生医疗纠纷的数量明显大于农村居民；医务人员的学历构成以硕士、博士为主，职务构成以副高、高级职称为主；外科科室发生医疗纠纷频数最高，占全院科室的61.82%；医疗技术水平不足是医疗纠纷发生的主要原因，占纠纷总数的52.72%。结论加强医疗安全管理，强化医疗质量控制力度，积极构建和谐的医患关系，对促进医院的发展具有重大意义。%Objective To study the cause, characteristics and new trends of medical disputes, Provide the advice to im-prove the medical quality and management.
