考研英语小作文冲刺急训之请求信

距离最后的考试已经不到两个月的时间，最后的冲刺序幕正式拉开。英语复习到这个阶段，最重要的就是作文。要想在最后的考试成绩中脱颖而出，现阶段就必须要把精力放在分值占在30分的写作上。

考研英语中大作文的要求是内容切题、表达清楚、文字连贯、句式多变和语言规范。小作文考察点在信息点的覆盖、语言的准确性、文章组织的连贯性上。

其中小作文占10分，分为求职信、祝贺信、道歉信、询问信、推荐信、感谢信、邀请信、辞职信等等二十多种应用文。每个类别都有相对固定的语言模式，都有固定词语要求。

请求信是写信人对收信人提出请求，并希望对方满足该要求。写请求信的重点是要写清楚为什么要请求他人做某事，请求他人做某事的原因。

写请求信时首先要说明写作意图，一定要注意语气要礼貌，用词要规范;然后具体展开说明请求的原因;最后表示希望对方予以答复。

写作“三步走”：

介绍自己、提出请求—>说明原因及其它事项—>表达谢意、期盼答复

注意：

在许多情况下，请求信是写给不认识的人或者机构，所以在信的开头可以做一下简单的自我介绍。同时，由于提出的请求往往都是需要麻烦别人的事情，所以要注意语气的礼貌程度，不要吝啬你的感谢。

Directions: You have lost the original of a diploma in business studies you recei ved from a college where you studied. Write to the director of the college to ask f or a new one. The letter should include:

1) a short introduction of yourself,

2) the reasons why you are in desperate need of a new copy,

3) time and way for you to get it as soon as possible.

For on e thing, I am looking for a very attractive job in a foreign-invested enterprise and t his enterprise thinks much of the academic background of its personnel. For anothe r, an original diploma is of vital importance to any graduate because it concerns a persons’ future career. Therefore, I should like to apply hereby to you for a new di ploma.

I shall be much obliged if you are so kind as to let me have the new copy of diploma again. If this is not a convenient time for you, please feel free to suggest another time. If you prefer, you can call me at the number 5801235.
