表内值为参考值,一般柱位 内径较nd大0.3~0.4mm,柱 位壁厚在1.25mm左右,以 防止产品表面缩凹。
柱位高一般在5~10mm。

柱位结构的优缺点及适用范围
? 用途:将零部件(开关盒,铰链等)固定到塑料件上。 ? 优点:结构简单,固定牢固。 ? 缺点:产品表面容易缩凹,装配工序较烦。 ? 适用产品:旁侧板等需要固定零部件的塑料件。

螺钉沉孔的优缺点及适用范围
? 用途:用螺丝固定塑料件。 ? 优点:装配简单,可拆卸,定位性好。 ? 缺点:装配位可见,容易粘定模导致产品拉坏。 ? 适用产品:适用于大部分塑料件的非可见区,如设在可见区,必须得
到客户同意。

H<1.5D,定模侧壁脱模斜度大于5度。 此标准件为装配件,装配后盖子与本体 要求无间隙、晃动、断差,且纹理一致。

金属卡扣支撑台的优缺点及使用范围
? 用途:装配CLIP后使塑料件固定在金属板上。 ? 优点:装配简单,可承受法向拉力及压力,高度调节范围大。 ? 缺点:装配后有一定晃动量,对切向受力抵抗弱。 ? 适用产品:旁侧板、前挡板等塑料件,位置较自由。

? 用途:用钢丝固定塑料件。 ? 优点:装配简单,可拆卸,位置可适当调节。 ? 缺点:定位差,需靠其他定位机构辅助。 ? 适用产品:椅背板上端,一般于左右上角设2处。
