一、Teaching aims：

1. Language knowledge aims:

1) Maste r the following words :down,

dialogue, ending, documentary, drama,

plenty, plenty of, shut, shut off, superhero,

once in a while

2) 能掌握以下句型：

① While some people stick to only one kind of movies, I like to watch different kinds depending on how I feel that day.

②When I’m down or tired, I prefer movies that can cheer me up.

③But they try their best to solve their problems.

④ Laughing for two hours is a good way to relax.

⑤ Documentaries like March of the Penguins which

provide plenty of information about a ce rtain subject can be interesting,…

⑥ I do n’t mind action movies like Spider Man when I’m too tired to think.

⑦I can just shut off my brain…

⑧ Once in a while, I like to watch movies that are scary.

⑨But I’m too scared to watch them alone.

⑩It doesn’t feel so scary anymore.
