一、语法小结

1、help (sb.) do/to do sth. 表示“帮助某人做某事”,相当于help sb. with sth.

2、clean up意为“(把……)打扫干净;clean-up Day 清洁日;代词放中间,名词皆可放;call up 打电话;set up 创建;cheer up 使振奋,使高兴;think up 想出。

3、homeless 形容词;n. + less → adj. 是一种常见的构词法,表否定。

4、give out 意为“分发”,等于hand out;give in 屈服,投降;give away 赠送;give up 放弃。

5、in hospital 生病,住院;in the hospital 在医院(不表生病)。

6、a group of 表示“一群,一组”,后接复数名词。
