北京市英语口语等级证书考试 概??述 一、总则 英语是学习科学文化知识，获取国外信息，进行国际交流的主要工具。为了全面提高北京人英语口语水平，北京市建立了英语口语等级证书考试及培训的制度。 北京市英语口语等级证书考试及培训重点是考查考生用英语进行口头交流的能力，而不是书写能力和笔译能力。要求考生能够听得懂，说得出。主要用以测试下列人员的英语水平： 1．各行业、各部门及各企事业单位的有关专业技术人员。 2．各行各业在职职工和全市广大市民。 3．面向本市教育系统的各级各类学校，包括小学、初中、高中、职业学校、民办学校、成 人院校及普通高等学校的在校学生。 4．英语自学者。 考试不受年龄、学历的限制，考试成绩合格者将被授予合格证书或优秀证书及证章。 考试范围以本大纲所规定的内容和要求为依据。 二、考试等级 根据用人单位的不同需求和英语学习者的不同水平，北京市英语口语等级证书考试由低到高分三个等级：初级(Elementary Stage)、中级(Intermediate Stage)和高级(Advanced Stage)。 三、评价目标 北京市英语口语等级证书考试重点考查考生用英语进行口头交流的能力，要求考生能够听得懂，说得出。考试总的评价目标是：通过初级考试的人员具有简单的英语会话能力，能听、会说，能够在一般交际场合和服务场合用简单的英语与外国人进行会话；通过中级考试的人员具有一定的听、说、读、写能力，能够在各窗口行业关键岗位以及各行业部门的一般涉外

2013-201４年度英语口语课外活动总结 平遥县洪善镇洪善中心小学校姚更庭 在这个高速发展的信息时代，掌握英语成为我国公民的必备素质，英语教学成为我国基础教育的重要内容。小学开设英语口语活动小组的目的在于培养学生学习英语的积极情感，形成初步的英语语感，打好语音、语调的基础,具备用所学英语进行交流的初级能力。通过英语课程的学习，丰富社会生活经历、开拓视野、树立学习的自信心。在实践过程中我们能明确做到以下几点: 1.在教学总体目标上,重兴趣、重成就感、重自信心的培养。教师通过多种激励的方式,如奖品激励、任务激励、荣誉激励、信任激励和情感激励等,激发学生积极参与、大胆实践、体验成功的喜悦。有了成就感,就有了自信心，学生就会渴望学习英语;在课程实施上，重环境、重频率、重效率。语音语调的学习包括发音、重音、语调、节奏和语流等多方面,教学中要求教师防止以单音准确为目的的教学,通过多听、多模仿，在有意义的语境中进行训练，奠定语音语调的基础。强调要培养学生交流能力就要创设交流的情景，使学生通过交流发展交流的能力。 ２.在教学模式和方法上，重体验、重实践、重参与、重创造。要求教学设计贴近生活,符合小学生兴趣的需求;教学内容能引起学生的兴趣，例如韵律诗歌、寓言故事、会话表演、游戏等;教学的语言材料要真实、实用。学生在课上通过用中学、学中用，反复实践，学用结合。功能、结构、话题、任务做到有机结合;通过视、听、说、玩、唱、画、游、读、写、译等饶有趣味的活动，让学生接触足够量的语言材料，保证输入量。设计任务型活动,开放空间，激活学生的思维，培养创造思维。 ３.采用多种媒体的现代化教学手段，创设良好的语言环境和充分的语言实践机会,优化教学过程。利用英语教学音像资源——图画、图表、投影、录音、录像等多媒体软件，不仅能为学生提供规范的语音、语调,还可以提供真实自然的语言使用的示范,即语言使用的场合、时间、对象等，而且还有体态语——手势、动作、表情等的示范。多种媒体的运用使教学变得生动、形象、活泼,感染力强,容易激发学生兴趣，引起有意注意，加深印象,帮助学生持久记忆。

学习日常英语口语的方法 学习日常英语口语的方法第一，如何用英文简单界定一个东西的技巧。 美国人和美国人交谈80%是想告诉对方what is a book 。我们中国人从小学到大学的课本尽管词汇难度不断加深，但思维逻辑结构却只停留在一个水平上。中国人常说where is the book?很少有人说what is a book?而美国的小学生就开始问：what is the book?这种where is the book?只是描述阶段，连哑巴也能做到。但是我想连大学生也很难回答what is a book?因为中国传统英语教学模式没有教会学生表达思想的技巧。 第二，如果已经学会界定，但理解还有偏差，那就要训练how to explain things in different ways. 一种表达方式对方不懂，美国人会寻找另一种表达方式最终让对方明白。因为事物就一个，但表达它的语言符号可能会很多。比如水，世界上就这一个事物，但却有多种符号来表达它。如果一个人懂8种语言，那他在世界上被别人理解的机会就会大得多。用汉语说"水"别人不懂，用德语说别人也不懂，但用英语说water，别人可能就懂了。这就要多做替换练习。传统的教学方法也做替换练习，但这种替换不是真替换，只是语言层面的替换，而不是思维层面的替换。比如，i love you,按中国的替换方法就把you 换成her,my mother,them等，这种替换和小学生练描红没有什么

There are 7 people in my family: my grandpa, my grandma, my dad, my mom, my sister, my brother and me. c、然后指着本课要学的单词教读grandfather，反复几遍后，将grandfather的单词图卡贴于黑板上，向学生指出grandpa，grandma 象dad, mom一样更多地用于日常口语中。用同样的方法教读grandma, father, mother，(brother, sister不属于我们该课掌握的内容。)并将相应的单词图卡贴在黑板上。 （3）游戏：看谁拿得快 a、分组比赛，分别请两组的两位同学上台比赛，老师做出某个单词的口型，但不出声。台下的同学根据老师的口型分辨出单词并大声的说出来，台上的两位同学一个要迅速的取下黑板上相应的图卡，一个要迅速重复一遍单词。反应快，读得准的同学可为该组赢得一分。 b、图卡取下后，黑板上就只下单词了，老师指着单词，让学生分组认读，读对的得一分，分数最多的组为胜。
