Letter writing Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your three management trainees arrived on Oct.1st who greatly facilitated the daily operation of my company. To be frankly, I really recognize and appreciate their team-oriented spirit, expertise regarding business transaction and financial management, and diligence as interns. Due to their outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, the internal working atmosphere of their department is really smooth and harmony.
