Talking is the primary channel we communicate with people. As the saying goes, talking

ability is also a powerful weapon when it comes to winning a favorable feeling of others.

Choose your words carefully at first, since you?re still a stranger to the interviewer. After

getting a bit familiar with him, you can add a sense of humor in your remarks to ease the

atmosphere.

?Body language

Nowadays, the importance of body language is regarded as more revealing than what is said. A seasoned interviewer would certainly keep this in mind while talking to you. Gripping your hands together means you are nervous. Similarly, escaping the interviewer?s eyes could leave him an impression that you may be lack of confidence. Remember, you have nothing to lose.

So take it as a chat between friends rather than a serious conversation with your boss.

?Personality

Knowing all the interview tricks won?t necessarily guarantee a success. If you talking points are no more than the old stories, your efforts of organizing the materials are still in vain.

Certificates and diplomas do not stand for your entire qualification. Incompetent masters and doctors graduated from highly praised universities can be everywhere. ?Experience

It couldn?t be better if our employees are made of people who come from different cities,

provinces, countries, and continents. Their different backgrounds could very well serve our purpose of diversification within the company.

?Professional experience

It might sounds curious but I?d really like to give the job-hoppers a chance to demonstrate their capabilities. Those so-called loyal staffs who stick to one particular company as long as

possible seem to be afraid of unfamiliar working environment.

?Age

It has nothing to do with discrimination when we take the employee?s age seriously. As people grow older, they tend to adhere to past practices and resist changes. Such a rigid guy should be excluded from our paying list.

?Personality

Everyone has a unique personality, which is a welcome phenomenon. If a group of staff

members are similar in their personalities, a lot of internal conflicts could be saved. But there also a problem to worried. This unit might become a stagnant working place without vitality in the long run.
