How to improve your health? There are several aspects you can focus on which include diet, sleep, habits, relationships, environment and so on. There is not a simple pill to make one healthier because our health is determined by many factors. One’s over all health consist of two parts: physical and mental. These two parts are always interrelated and interact on each other. I have done some research and suggestions will be given in the next paragraphs.

1. DIET

Eating properly is the most important one in steps of improving your health. The process that plants get their essential nutrition from water, carbon dioxide under light is called photosynthesis. However human beings don’t have chloroplast in the skin, we only can get the energy by eating food. What’s the healthy diet? Starting off the day with breakfast can make a huge difference in how you will feel later in the day. A simple egg, or piece of toast with peanut butter can give you more long lasting energy that can sustain you a lot longer than a quick cup of coffee. It is vital for you to eat all your meals to keep your body running smoothly. You will find that you have more energy to get tasks accomplished, as well as feeling better over all in many other ways.

A healthy diet can go a long way in many of life’s areas.

2. SLEEP

The proper amount of rest will effect you greatly in your one day’s performance. Sleep too much or too little will impact how you feel each day. Proper rest will not only support your brain but also keep your body’s energy level. If you feel tired and even can’t keep your eyes open and mind running, how can you do the job. Some research also shows that too much sleep is not good for our health, it will not make us feel refresh but much more tired. Scientists suggest that we shall have 7-8 hours’ sleep at night, and it’s better to have a nap at noon to let your brain release pressure from the whole morning’s fierce working. To better improve your quality of sleep you shall make sure to go to bed when you are really tired. Going to bed just because it’s time

to sleep or feeling very over tired before sleep can leave you feeling worse and even suffering the insomnia. The last thing, avoid having high-energy food 2 hours before lying down, because it will make you awake and your weight lifting.

3. HABITS

Everybody have their own habits, we shall remain good habits ,such as leading a regular life, taking proper excises, communicating with others frequently and so on, and give up bad ones, for example: drinking to excess, smoking. drink a little at night will improve your sleep and be good to your veink, however, you shall Control your drinking of alcoholic beverages. It is harmful to your stomach, liver, kidney and also your heart. Drunken persons will have the much higher possibility to suffer the Alzheimers. Smoking is full of harm but none of positive aspects.
