培养英语演讲能力要选美式教育机构
演讲是最能直接展现自己能力的方式，不仅优秀的演讲能给孩子带来自信，演讲能力还在很大程度上有益于孩子未来的成长和职业发展。在美国学校如何培养孩子的英语演讲演示能力呢？一起看看吧~
秀和讲Show and Tell
Show and Tell 可能是美国小孩做得最早的“公众演讲”活动了。Show and Tell 活动形式很简单，就是老师每天会安排一位孩子，带着他喜欢的一个玩具、一本书或者任何其他稀奇好玩的东西到班上给全部同学“秀”和“讲”。
以玩具为例，小朋友们通常先秀一下这个玩具，再讲讲该怎么玩儿。听起来很简单的样子吧？不过英语老师会给大家提出一个叫“4P” 的要求：
（1）准备Prepared
我准备好一个可以“秀”的实物
我练习过
我会尽力去做好
（2）姿势Posture
我会看着听众
我会挺直站好
（3）传递信息Projection
我的音量要让大家都能听到
我要说慢一点儿清晰一点儿，这样大家能听清楚
（4）礼貌Polite
别人Show and Tell 的时候，我会安静认真听
对于年龄尚小的孩子们来说，五彩的图画比文字会让他们更感兴趣，所以老师们就把show and tell 的要求变成了生动的画面，张贴了出来——
当然，有要求那就要有对应的评分标准，每次的Show and Tell 活动后，老师会用这么一个表格来给孩子打分。
通过这个表格，孩子们就知道自己哪些方面做得好，哪些方面还需要提高了。
如何在家中训练孩子的英文演讲演示能力？
那么，在家中运用这一方式怎样进行训练呢？
1 复述retell
首先，宝爸宝妈们可以先示范。找一本孩子熟悉的英文绘本，描绘里面的主要人物、故事、色彩、图案等等，然后再把舞台交给孩子，鼓励宝贝去试一试。
除了宝爸宝妈们的参与，还可以把孩子的小伙伴们邀请到家里一起玩这个游戏。当然，评价标准可以有所不同，甚至可以针对孩子的特点，设置一些小要求。

√ “没关系，爸爸妈妈等你说。”
可能刚开始，孩子会有一些害羞，或者表达得不够清楚准确。这时候，耐心等孩子说出来，微笑看着他，给TA一点时间去组织语言。
ד你说得不对”
如果遇到孩子“卡壳”了，结结巴巴不知道说什么的时候，如果宝爸宝妈们马上
接过话：“不对喔，是有七个小矮人和白雪公主住在一起”，这样可能会打击孩子的自信心和积极性喔~
2 小采访Interview
之前的Show and Tell 让孩子从自己熟悉的事物入手，习惯开口用英语表达。当孩子能够较流畅地Show and Tell 后，美国课堂的课程设置就会增加一些“难度”了，那就是互动式说——采访。
采访活动则更侧重于培养孩子的沟通能力，因为只有良好的沟通，你才能得到更多的信息，更加了解别人的想法，也更明白别人想听到什么。以后在进行演讲策划时，就更有针对性了。
具体采访谁呢？
（1）采访新朋友
在学年初孩子们还没太相互了解时，老师往往会安排他们做这样的新朋友采访活动，每人会拿到这么一张单子，按照上面列的几项来采访朋友，比如全名、最喜欢的食物、课间活动最喜欢做什么等等。
采访者需要做一定的记录，然后再总结给同组的小朋友听，并为他们介绍这位刚认识的“新朋友”。
（2）采访“专家”
等小朋友们相互都非常熟悉之后，采访新朋友的游戏就没法玩了。所以老师会变着花样，比如采访专家，孩子们两两配对，一个扮演专家，一个扮演采访者。
具体什么专家可以自己安排，吃汉堡的专家、搭积木的专家、吹泡泡的专家……小朋友大可发挥天马行空的想象。而采访者则要准备好问题，采访时还要做好记录，采访之后同样也是要做小组沟通分享的哦。
同样，这个游戏也是非常适合家长和孩子一起玩的。随着孩子们的成长，他们脑袋里会有无数的问题钻出来，不是有很多爸爸妈妈吐槽“十万个问题”宝宝吗？那不如就给孩子们一个采访的机会，让他们大胆地向父母提问吧！
另外，不光跟爸爸妈妈互相采访，带着孩子出门的时候，当他们“奇奇怪怪”的小脑袋又突发奇想了，不如就让TA随时来一场这样的练习吧，不仅仅可以提高孩子的沟通和表达能力，还让他们学会了提问和回答，也就是学会了思考。
Tips
√ 鼓励孩子做采访
准备相较于Show and Tell，采访会更注重互动性，可以建议孩子在采访前把想问的问题整理出来，有准备发问。
×回避孩子的提问
在跟宝爸宝妈们采访时，说不定就会抛出几个让父母难以回答的诸如“我从哪来的”问题，这时候回避，可能会让孩子产生“没意思、不好玩”的感觉喔。不如考虑一下缓兵之计，回头可以好好想想或者查阅咨询一下再和孩子讨论。

A Proud Chicken Characters: Chicken, Nina，Carmen, Fox Scene One: By the lake. (The Chicken is looking at herself in the water.) Chicken: How beautiful! I can fly! (The Fox hears the Chicken’s voice and wants to catch her.) (The Fox hides behind a tree.) Fox: hhh, I want to eat her. Fox: Oh, Nina is coming. Nina: Hello, Chicken. How are you ? Chicken: I can fly! Can you? Nina: No, but...look! （翻一个跟斗）Can you? Chicken: No, who cares! Good-buy! Nina: Buy , buy-buy! (The Fox comes out from behind the tree and follows the Chicken.) Scene Two: At the gate of Carmen’s house. Carmen: Good morning! Chicken:How’s everything? Carmen: Good, thank you . (The Fox hides behind a tree.)
Fox:Oh, I’m hungry. What shall I do? Chicken: I can fly! Can you? Carmen: Ah! ... N o, I can’t fly. Chicken: Good-buy! Carmen: Good-buy! Scene Three: By the lake (The Chicken walks up to the lake. The Fox follows her.) Chicken: Ouch! (The Chicken falls down by a stone. Then she sees the Fox.) Oh! My! It’s the Fox. Help! Help! Fox:Stop! I’ll eat you. Stop ! Chicken: Help! Help! Carmen: Don’t be afraid. Nina: I’ll help you! (Carmen & Nina drive the Fox away.) Fox: Carmen! Nina! Oh--No! (The Fox runs away.) Nina & Carmen: Are you OK? Chicken:Yes, I’m OK. Thank you.
