雅思培训学校收费退费办法 1、收费： ⑴学校的收费项目和标准应在区发改委进行备案并进行公示后方可进行。学历教育学校需批准后执行。 ⑵、招生简章要明确标明各类培训班的课时数及学费和资料费标准。 (3)、插班收费规定在教室容量允许的条件下，可以继续招插班生。插班学员按实际上课时数收费，并不予退费。 (4)、学校收费项目和标准应通过设立公共识牌、公示栏、公示墙等形式，向社会公示。 (5)、学校在招生简章重要写明学校性质、办学条件、收费项目和标准。 2、优惠收费规定： ①文理双科给予优惠。 ②老学员给予优惠。 ③团体报名学费给予优惠 3、退费： （一）、根据国务院《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》和国家教委、北京市有关管理部门的规定以及国家和北京市发票管理办法，制订本规定。 （二）、有下列情形之一者，全部退费（报名费不退）： １、开课前； （三）、有下列情形之一者，按未上完课次数（或课时数）计算退费（报名费不退）： １、因病（有正式医院证明）无法继续坚持学习的； ２、因家庭搬迁，学生转学到远郊县或外地，无法继续就学的（需持有关证明）； ３、因严重违反校纪，学校劝其退学的；
（四）、本学期普通班开课2次后和后插班生的、8人小班的开课一次后一律不再办理退费手续。 （五）、按国家有关发票管理的规定和有关财务制度，学生办理退费，必须同时退回原收费收据原件并由收款人签字确认。退回的收据原件将作为学校退费的正式凭证；收费收据原件丢失，不论何种理由，一律不办理退费。因此，请学生或家长务必妥善保管好收费发票。 （六）、退费办法，应在区教育主管部门备案；并在学校招生办公室以及各个招生网点公示。
