我国林业生态建设工程现存问题及对策研究

摘要：林业是一项重要的公益事业和基础产业,在加强生态建设与环境保护、促进经济社会全面协调可持续发展等方面有着极其重要的地位和作用。如何尽快转变观念、提高林业生态建设成效,以促进林业生态建设可持续发展的紧迫问题。因此,做好国家林业生态建设理念研究,为我国林业生态建设提出一套建设理念,对于迅速地、整体地提高我国林业生态建设质量,又好又快地搞好我国林业建设,具有重要意义。

1我国林业生态建设现状

近年来我国政府相继实施了多项林业生态建设工程，大力植树造林，使得我国部分地区的森林覆盖率有了明显增加，生态环境得到明显改善，沙化土地得到有效治理。通过这些工程的实施，使我国在林业生态建设与治理方面积累了一些经验，这为我国林业生态建设的进一步发展提供了良好的基础。与此同时，由于人们生态观念的淡薄及社会生产建设的需要，我国的林业生态建设仍存在大量问题，人为导致林业破坏的现象尤为严重，比如滥砍滥伐。森林资源的急剧减少，会直接影响到林业生态防护功能，从而导致水土大量流失、土地沙化等问题。由此可见，我国的林业生态建设工作者任重道远。
