GCS型低压抽出式开关柜适用于发电厂、变电所、石油化工部门、厂矿企业、高层建筑等低压配电系统的动力、配电和电动机控制中心、电容补偿等的电能转换、分配与控制用。
GCS low-voltage draw-out type cubicle is suitable for the power of low voltage distribution system of the power plant、transformer substation、oil chemistry industry department、plant mine enterprise and high building etc., for controlling center of distribution and motor, for controlling use of electric power convert and distribution of capacitance compensation etc.,.
在大单机容量的发电厂、大规模石化等行业的低压动力控制中心和电动机控制中心等电力使用场合时能满足与计算机接口的特殊需要。
It can fulfill the special requirement at power use place of larger stand-alone capacity power plants、low voltage power controlling center of larger scale petrol chemistry industry and motor controlling center etc.,.
本开关柜是根据电力部主管上级，广大电力用户及设计部门的要求，为满足不断发展的电力市场对增容、计算机接口、动力集中控制、方便安装维修、缩短事故处理时间等需要，本着安全、经济、合理、可靠的原则设计的新型低压抽出式开关柜，产品具有分断、接通能力高、动热稳定性好、电气方案灵活、组合方便、系列性适用性强、结构新颖、防护等级高等特点，可以作为低压抽出式开关柜的换代产品使用。
This kind of cubicle is base on the requirement of governing superior of electric power department、largeness electric power client and design department, for fulfilling the requirement of continual development of electric power market in enlargering capacity、computer interface、power concentration control、installation maintenance conveniently and short fault disposal time etc., the new type low voltage cubicle is design in principle of safety、economic、reasonable and credibility, product particulars in high opening and closing capability、well move hot stability、agility electric scheme、compounding conveniently、strong series practicability、structure novelty and has characteristic of high protection class, it can be used as replacement of low voltage draw-out type cubicle.
本开关柜符合IEC439-1《低压成套开关设备和控制设备》、GB7251《低压成套开关设备》、ZBK36001《低压抽出式成套开关设备》等标准。

2．环境
Circumstance
2．1 周围空气温度不高于+40℃，不低于－5℃，24h内平均温度不得高于+35℃。超过时，需根据实际情况降容运行。
Surrounding air temperature isn’t higher than +40℃and not lower than －5℃, average temperature is not higher than ＋35℃in 24 hours, if exceeds, it will be run by depress capacity in the condition of fact.
2．2 户内使用，使用地点的海拔高度不得超过2000m。
It’s used indoor, elevation height of using spot not exceed than 2000m.
2．3 周围空气相对湿度在最高温度为+40℃时不超过50%，在较低温度时允许有较大的相对湿度，如+20℃时为90%，应考虑到由于温度的变化可能会偶然产生的凝露的影响。
Relative humidity of surrounding air is not exceed 50% while highest temperature is ＋40℃, larger relative humidity allowed under lower temperature, for example it’s
90% while ＋20℃, it should be considered that temperature change can induce frost. 2．4 装置安装时与垂直面的倾斜度不超过5%，切整组柜列相对平整（符合GE232-82标准）。
Gradient of vertical is not exceed 5% while it’s installed and whole bank cubicle row is relative flat ( comply with the standard of GB232-82).
2．5 装置应安装在无剧烈震动和冲击以及不足以使电器元件受到不应有腐蚀的场所。
equipment should be mounted in the spot of no acute shake 、no lash and no erosion to component of electric appliance.
2．6 用户有特殊要求时，可以与制造厂协商解决。
if customers have special requirement, he can consult with manufacturer and solve it.

3．2 主电路方案
main circuit scheme
装置主电路方案共32组118个规格，不包括由于辅助电路的控制与保持的变化而派生的方案和规格。
The main circuit scheme of device has 32 groups and 118 specs., except derivative scheme and specifica tion due to the change of auxiliary’s control and protection.
主电路方案征求了广大设计、制造、试验和使用部门的意见而选编的、包括了发电、供用电和其他电力用户的需要，额定工作电流为4000A，适合2500KV A 及以下的配电变压器选用。
Main circuit scheme has adopted opinions from design、manufacture、test and using department, including the requirement of generate electricity、supply electricity and other electricity user, rated working current is 4000A, fit to be used by distribution transformer in 2500KV A and under.
此外，为适应供用电提高功率因数的需要而设计了电容器补偿柜，考虑综合投资的需要而设计了电抗器柜。
Otherwise, capacitor compensatory cubicle is designed in order to meet the requirement of power factor’s improvement while supplying electricity; electric resistance cubicle is designed in order to meet the requirement of complex investment.
3．3 辅助电路方案
Auxiliary circuit scheme
GCS辅助电路图册是根据有关设计要求而编制的，共有辅助电路方案120个，分上下两册，上册（交流操作部分）共分63个方案，下册（直流操作部分）共有57个方案。
GCS auxiliary circuit atlas is worked out according to requirement of concerned design, it has 120 schemes of auxiliary circuit, divided into up and down two volumes, the up volume has 63 schemes (AC operating part) and the down volume has 57
schemes (DC operating part).
直流操作部分的辅主电路方案，主要用于发电厂变电站的低压厂（所）用系统；在编制时，已考虑到适用于200MW及以下合300MW及以上容量机组电压厂用系统，工作（备用）电源进线，电源馈线合电动机馈线的一般控制方式。Auxiliary circuit scheme of DC operating part is mainly used in low voltage distribution system of the power plants, it has been considered that suitable for low voltage system of plants 200MW and under, 300MW capacity and upon while working out, commonly controlling mode of working power inlet line (standby)、power feeding line and feeding line of electric motor.
交流操作部分的辅助方案主要用于厂矿企业及高层建筑的变电所的低压系统在编制时选编了6种适用于双电源线操作控制的组合方案，并设有操作电气联锁备用自投、自复等控制电路、工程设计中可以直接采用。
Auxiliary circuit scheme of AC operating part is mainly used in low voltage system of substation of enterprise and mine and high building, 6 kinds combined scheme which is suitable for operating control of double power line is selected and has controlling circuit of operating electric interlock、standby self-input、self-reset etc. and can be adopted directly in project design.
直流控制电压为直流220V或110V，交流控制电源为交流415V或240V，由抽屉单元组成的成套柜，240V控制电源引自本柜内专设控制变压器供电的公用控制电源。公用控制电源采用不接地方式控制变压器，留有24V电源供需要使用弱电信号灯时采用。
DC control power is DC 220V or 110V, AC control power is AC 415V or 240V, complete cubicle is constituted by draw-out units, 240V control power comes from public control power supplied by special controlling transformer in cubicle. Public controlling power adopts no earthing mode controlling transformer and provides weak signal lamp with 24V power.
电度表的安装地点和电压的引入方法及其它安装使用要求详见辅助电路图的《编制说明》。
V oltmeter’s located spot and voltage’s import method and other details of installation use see 《workout explanation》of auxiliary circuit scheme.
3．4 母线
busbar
为提高母线动热稳定能力和改善接触面的温升，装置全部采用TMY-12系列硬铜排，铜排的连接部分必须搪锡，推荐采用全长搪锡，也可选用全长镀银铜母线。
Device adopt series of TWY-12 hard copper row in order to improve the busbar’s capability of dynamic、thermal stabilization and enhance temperature rise of interface, copper row’s connection parts must be daubing stannum, it’s recommended to adopt daubing stannum endlong and can also use busbar of plating silver copper endlong. 3．4．1 水平母线
level busbar
水平母线置于柜后部母线隔室内，3150A及以上为上下层布置，2500A及以下为单层布置，每相由4条或2条母排组成，大大提高了母线的短路强度。Level busbar located in busbar’s compartment behind cubicle, it’s up an d down layer disposal at 3150A and upper, it’s single layer disposal at 2500A and under, each phase comprises of 4 or 2 busbar row so as to enhance short circuit intensity of busbar greatly.

用于抽屉柜的垂直母线采用“L”形硬铜锡母线。

3．4．3 中性接地母线

3．5 电器元件选择
Selection of electric apparatus
装置主要选用技术性能指标先进，采用引进技术国内已能批量生产的电器元
件。
The device mainly selects the electric components which have advanced technical function index and adopt introduced technology and batch produced.
3．5．1 主断路器
Main circuit breaker
630A及以上的电源进线及馈线断路器，主选AH系列，也可以用DW40、DW48系列、3WE或ME系列。认为有必要时，也可以选用进口的M系列或F 系列。
The circuit breaker with 630A and above power lead-in wire and feeder wire mainly adopt AH series and also adopt DW40, DW48 series, 3W or ME series. If necessary, it may adopt imported ME series or F series.
3．5．2 630A以下的馈线和电动机控制用断路器，主要选用TG系列、CM1系列，塑壳断路器也可以选用N2M系列、TM30系列塑壳断路器。
The circuit breaker with 630A and below power lead-in wire and feeder wire
mainly adopt TC series, CM1 sereis. The plastic case circuit breaker also adopt NZM series or TM30 series.
3．5．3 交流接触器，主要选用B系列、LC1系列、3TB系列的接触器以及与配套的热继电器、联锁机构。
AC contactor mainly adopt B series, LC1 series and 3TB series contactor and collocated thermal relay and interlock mechanism.
3．5．4 电流互感器全部采用森源电气有限公司与杭州建德电器厂、苏州市低压电器厂、新市互感器厂联合开发的由森源电气公司监制的SDH系列、SDL系列、SDL1系列。
The current transformer all adopt SDH series, SDL series and SDL1 series which are developed by Shenyuan Electric Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Jiande Apparatus, Shuzhou Low-voltage Apparatus Factory, Xinshi Transformer Factory and supervised by Shenyuan Electric Co., Ltd.
3．5．5 断路器选用高分断能力的Q系列刀熔和NT00系列。
The circuit breaker adopt Q series knife fuse and NT00 series with good breaking ability.
3．5．6 为提高主电路的动稳定能力，设计了GCS系列专用CMJ型组合式母线夹和决呀支撑件，采用高强度、阻燃型的合成材料热塑成型，绝缘强度高，自熄性能好，结构独特，只需调正积木式间块可适用不同规格的母线。
In order to increase peak withstand current ability, GCS series have special combined type busbar clip and insulating supporting, it adopt high intensity and fire-retardant complex material and thermoplastic moulded, and it has good self-extinguishing function and particular structure. It is only adjust toy bricks type partition blocks to apply different specification busbar.
3．5．7 为降低功能单元的间隔板、接插件、电缆头的温升，设计了GCS柜专用的接件，与同类产品比较转接件热容量增大，温升降低。
In order to reduce the temperature rise of partition blocks, plug pieces, cable head of the function unit, GCS has special patchboard. Comparing with the congener patchboard, its thermal capacity is increscent and the temperature is depressed. 3．5．8 如设计部门根据用户需要，选用性能更优良、技术更先进的新型电器元件时，因GCS系列柜具有良好的通用性，不会因更新电器元件，造成制造和安装方面的困难。
GCS series have good universal characteristic, any update of electric component will not bring problem of manufacture and installation.
4．结构特点
Structure Characteristic
4．1 装置的主构架采用MF型钢，构架采用拼装和部分焊接两种结构，主构架上均有安装模数孔E=20mm。
The device’s main truss adopt MF profiled bar, it adopts two kinds structure of combined and partial welding. The main truss has installing modulus hole. E=20mm. 4．2 装置各功能室严格分开，其隔室主要分为功能单元室、母线室、电缆室，各单元的功能作用相对独立。
The device’s functional compartment are divided strictly. The compartments are divided into the functional compartment, busbar compartment and cable compartment. Each compartment’s function is separated relatively.
4．3 装置没有采用将水平母线置于柜顶的传统设计，使电缆室上下均有出线通道解决了老产品无法上出线的难题。
This device doesn’t adopt traditional design which putting the horizontal busbar on the cubicle top, and make the cable compartment up and down have outlet channel and resolve the problem which the former product has n’t upper outlet.

4．5 功能单元
Function unit
4．5．1 一个抽屉为一个独立功能单元。
Each drawer is a separate functional unit.
4．5．2 抽屉分为二分之一单元、一单元、二单元、三单元四个尺寸系列。回路的额定电流在400A及以下。
The drawers are divided into 1/2 unit, one unit, two units, three units total four size series. Th e circuit’s rated current is 400A and below.
一个单元抽屉的尺寸为：160（高）×560（宽）×407（深），二分之一单元抽屉
的宽为280，二单元、三单元仅以高度做二倍，三倍的变化，其余尺寸均同一单元。
The dimensions of 1 unit drawer are: 160 (H)*560(W)*407(D), and the width of 1/2 unit drawer is 280. 2 unit and 3 unit drawers have the changes of diploid and triple height and their remainder dimensions are as per 1 unit drawer.
4．5．3 功能单元的抽屉可以方便的实现互换。
The drawers of functional unit shall be interchanged conveniently.
4．5．4 装置的每柜内可以培植11个单元的抽屉或22个二分之一单元的抽屉。Each cubicle shall be equipped with 11 single unit drawers or 22 1/2 unit drawers. 4．5．5 抽屉进出线根据回路电流大小采用不同片数的同一规范片式接插件，一般一片接插件≤200A。
The inlet and outlet of drawer adopts the slice connector with the same specification according to the change of circuit’s current, normally the cur rent of a connector shall less than and equal 200A.
4．5．6 二分之一抽屉与电缆室的转换，采用背板式结构的转接件。
单元抽屉与电缆室的转接采用棒式结构的转接件。
The conversion between 1/2 drawer and cable chamber, which adopts patch board with the structure of backing plate type.
The conversion between unit drawer and cable chamber adopts patch board with the structure of bar type.
4．5．7 抽屉面板有合、断、试验、抽出等位置的明显标志、抽屉设有机械联锁装置。
The drawer’s panel has the remarkable signs that indicate the close, open, test and withdraw etc. positions, and drawer shall be equipped with mechanical interlock device.
4．6 馈线柜和电动机控制柜设有专用的电缆隔室，功能单元室与电缆隔室内电缆的连接通过转接件或转接铜排实现既提高了电缆的使用可靠性，又极力的方便了用户对电缆的安装与维修。
The feeder and motor control cubicle shall be matched with special cable compartments. It adopt patch board or conversion copper busbar to connect functional
unit and cable compartment that not only promote the usage reliability but also convenient for user’s installation and maintenance to cables.
电缆隔室有二个宽度尺寸（240mm和440mm）可供选用，视电缆数量、截面和用户对安装维修方便的要求而定。
There are two width dimensions to selection for cable compartment (240mm and 440mm), and it shall be decided by the requirements of cable’s number and cross section, installation and maintenance.
4．7 装置的功能单元辅助接点对数一单元及以上的为32对，1/2单元的为20对，能满足自动化用户和与计算机接口的需要。
The pairs of the auxiliary contacts of functional unit in 1 unit drawer and above are 32 and 20 pairs for 1/2 unit, to satisfy the requirements of automation user and computer interface.
4．8 考虑到干式变压器使用的普通性安全性和油浸变压器的经济性，装置既可以方便地与干式变压器组成一个组列，也可以与油浸变压器低压母线方便连接。
In consideration of the universality and security of dry type transformer and economy of oil-immersed transformer, the device not only can combine with dry transformer to be a series but also connect to low voltage busbar of oil-immerse transformer conveniently.
4．9 以抽屉为主体，同时具有抽出式和固定式，可以混合使用，任意组合。The drawer has both withdrawable and fixed type, and also it can be mixed combined and selected randomly.
4．10 装置按三相互线制和三相四线制设计，设计部门和用户可以方便地选用PE+N或PEN方式。
The device was designed as to three-phases five-wires system and three-phases four-wires system, the designing department and user can select PE+N or PEN style conveniently.
4．11 柜体的防护等级为IP3LO、IP4LO，可以按用户需要选用。
The protection class of cubicle body is IP3L0 and IP4L0, which will be selected by user’s requirements.
5．安装与使用
Installation and Use
产品到达收货地点后，首先应当检查包装是否完整无损，发现问题应及时通知合同有关部门作好商务记录，共同分析原因，作好签证和善后处理。
When the products were transported to destination, firstly shall examine the package whether without damage. Secondly if any problem, it shall notice relevant departments to make business record in time, analysis reasons together and prepare visa and accident treatment.
对于不立即安装的产品，应根据正常使用条件或电气设备暂保管规程要求置于适当的场所，妥善保管。
The products that will not be installed immediately should be put on appropriate place for storage as per normal use conditions or the requirements of temporary storage rules of apparatus.
5．1 产品安装
Installation of products
产品安装应按安装示意图进行（见附图），基础槽钢和采用螺栓固定方式时的螺栓由用户自备，主母线连接时，如表面因运输、保管等原因有不平整时应加平整后再连接紧固。
The installation of products shall fulfill assembly scheme (vide attachment). Owner himself shall prepare the basic channel steel and bolts as required. When connecting busbars, if theirs surface were twisted on account of transportation and storage etc. reasons that should be adjusted to level before fixing.
5．2 GCS系列柜单独或成列安装时，其垂直度以及柜面不平度和柜间接缝的偏差应符合表4的规定。
When GCS series cubicles adopt individual or row type installation, the allowances of their verticality, cubicle’s irregularity and joints between cubicles shall comply with the regulations in Table 4.

5．3 产品安装后投运前的检查与试验
The inspection and test before put into running
5．3．1 检查柜面漆或其他复盖材料（如喷塑）有否损坏，柜内是否干燥清洁。Examine the cubicle’s painting or other coating material whether with damage, or dry and clean in cubicle.
5．3．2 电器元件的操作机构是否灵活，不应有卡涩或操作力过大现象。
The operation of operating mechanism of apparatus’s elements shall be flexible and without seizing or over strength phenomena.
5．3．3 主要电器的主辅助头的通断是否可靠、准确。
The making and opening of main auxiliary contacts in main apparatus shall be reliably and accurately.
5．3．4 抽屉或抽出式机构抽拉应灵活、轻便，无卡阻和碰撞现象。
The withdraw and pull operations of drawer or withdrawable type mechanism shall be flexible and convenient, without seizing and bumping phenomena.
5．3．5 抽屉或抽出式结构的动、静触头的中心线应一致，触头接触应紧密，主、辅触头的插入深度应符合要求，机械联锁或电气联锁装置应动作正确，闭锁或解除均应可靠。
The central line of moving and fixed contacts of drawer or withdrawable type mechanism shall be accordant. The connection between contacts shall be compact, and the inserted depth of main and auxiliary contacts shall comply with requirements. The operations of mechanical or electrical interlock device shall be correct, their closedown or release shall be reliably.
5．3．6 相同尺寸的抽屉，应能方便的互换，无卡阻和碰撞现象。
The drawers with same dimensions shall be interchanged conveniently, without seizing and bumping phenomena.
5．3．7 抽屉与柜体间的接地触头应能接触紧密，当抽屉推入时，抽屉的接地触头应比主触头先接触，拉出时程序相反。
The earthing contacts between drawer and cubicle’s body shall connected compactly. When inserting the drawer, its earthing contact shall connect prior to the main contact. While pulling out it, the program is converse.
5．3．8 仪表的刻度整定、互感器的变比极性应正确无误。
The adjusting of meter’s scale and polarity of transformer’s ratio shall be correct. 5．3．9 熔断器的熔芯规格应符合工程设计的要求。
The specification of fuse line shall comply with the requirements of engineering designing.
5．3．10 继电保护的定值及整定应正确，动作可靠。
The constant value and adjusting of relay protection shall be correct, and the operations shall be reliable.
5．3．11 用1000兆欧表测量绝缘电阻值不得低于1MΩ。
The value of insulation resistance measured by1000 megohmmeter shall not less than 1MΩ.
5．3．12 各母线的连接应良好，绝缘支撑件、安装及其它附件安装应牢固可靠。The connections of each busbar shall be well, and the installation of insulated strutting piece and other accessories shall be fixed and reliable.
Cautions of usage
5．4．1 GCS系列为不靠墙安装，下面操作，双面维修的低压配电柜，柜的维修通道及柜门，必须是考核合格的专业人员方可进入或开启进行操作、检查和维修。
The installing position of GCS series low voltage distribution cubicles do not stand by wall, and the cubicles can be maintained from both two sides. Only special technician can enter into cubicle’s passage or open its door for operating, repairin g and maintaining.
5．4．2 空气断路器、塑壳断路器经过多次分、合，特别是经过短路分、合后会使触头局部烧伤和产生碳类物质，使接触电阻增大，应按断路器使用说明书进行维护和维修。
The air and molding circuit breaker had experienced many times opening and closing of short circuit resulted in partial burn of contacts and carbide, the contact resistance grew larger, so it shall maintain and repair as per usage instruction of circuit breaker. 5．4．3 经过安装和维修后，必须严格检查各隔室之间、功能单元之间的隔离状况确以恢复，以确保本装置良好的功能分隔性，防止出现故障扩大。
After installing and maintaining, it shall examine that the isolating status between each compartments, functional units were recovered to assure this device with good functional separation and avoid enlarging fault.
6．产品成套性
