各位领导,各位老师,大家下午好:

今天我说课的内容是由人民教育出版社2012年最新修订的初中英语七年级下册Unit5 Why do you like pandas?的第1课时,本课为该单元基础知识导入课,整个说课我将分7部分进行讲述,即教材说教材,说教学目标,说教学重难点,说学情,说教法学法,说教学设计和说板书设计。

一、说教材

教材的地位和作用:

人教版教材充分体现新课改的指导思想,其对话编排几乎都是从生活实际需要出发,生活气息浓厚。第五单元围绕动物这一话题展开教学活动,本节课通过描述动物和表达对动物的喜好,来展开各项教学活动。主要知识点有动物名称,形容词和why 引导的特殊疑问句,Section A做为本单元的基础教学内容。结合课标对七年级的要求,我确定本节课为一节听说课。所以我将从听懂熟悉话题,描述图片和参与表演来展开活动,同时关注学生的情感,培养学生的自信心,提高对英语学习的积极性做到工具性与人性的统一,在培养综合运用能力基础上,提高学生人文素养。基于以上分析,我确定了本节课的教学目标。

二、说学情:

在学习本单元之前,学生的知识储备已经很充分,而且此年龄段的学生,对动物比较感兴趣,有一定情感基础和生活经验,

养过宠物,去过动物园,电视电脑等媒体,也经常播放动物类节目,语文课本中学过描写动物的文章,但要正确的使用形容词描述动物还有一定难度,且本课词汇量大,个别单词难读,因此我对这些可能出现的学习困难预设了解决办法,即通过多媒体、图片、游戏等激发学生兴趣,让学生树立自信,敢于表达,乐于参与。通过朗读单词活动和指导发音规律扫清语音障碍。

三、说教学目标

根据《英语课程标准》关于总目标的具体描述,结合第五单元的教材内容,特确定如下教学目标:

知识目标:

a.掌握表示动物的名词和具有动物特征的形容词.

b.学习句型:Let’s see the …first.

Why do you like pandas? Because they’re very cute.

能力目标:用英语谈论、描述动物(describe animals)并表达对动物各自的喜爱(express preferences) .

情感目标:

●了解各种动物的特性。

●能在小组活动中积极与他人合作,发扬协作精神。

●增强学生自觉保护动物的意识。

新版教材突出语用,倡导以人为本,循序渐进的教学理念,由此我确定本节重点:

a.熟练用一些动物的词汇谈论自己最喜欢的动物。

b.熟练运用动物特点的形容词谈论喜欢某一种动物的原因。难点:

a.表达动物的的词义和读音。

b.熟练运用所学知识和句型描述动物并谈论喜欢动物的原因。

五、说教法

教无定法,贵在得法。根据英语学科任务型教学模式,结合教材任务链式活动设计,小步推进,螺旋上升的设计理念,采用以下教学方法:

1.任务型教学法

任务型学习的教学模式(Task-based Language Learning)是《英语课程标准》倡导的教学模式。其目的是学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与和合作等方式实现任务,感受成功的心理体验。学生通过思考、讨论和交流,学习和使用英语,从而完成学习任务。

教学理念是一节课的脊梁。在本节课教学中我将坚持以学生为中心,利用他们对动物的兴趣,用多媒体、游戏和图片为他们

提供丰富的语言资源,通过各种教学活动,小步推进,螺旋上升,最终实现语言综合运用。

Step1:Step1 Warming up (导入)

为让学生尽快进入英语学习氛围,首先播放一段视频,通过视频导入,既直观形象,又吸引学生的注意力,激发学生学习兴趣。

Step2 Teaching

Task1(任务一)教授生词

本课利用多媒体展示一幅幅动物图片来教授单词。呈现直观,易于理解,另外可以激发学生参与课堂活动的积极性,吸引全体学生的注意力,通过跟读,齐读和个读竞赛的方式达到完成教学目标中的知识目标。

通过视觉和听觉游戏反复操练所学知识,进一步巩固本课的知识目标,并突破本课的第一个难点

组内编写对话,并选派两名代表到前面进行展示,小组之间互评打分。

此部分的小组活动,一方面通过对话表演这一输出形式,可以检测本课学生对所学知识的掌握情况,并锻炼学生的口语。另一方面通过小组交流,培养小组成员间的合作精神。

观看视频:

通过观看视频,培养学生爱护动物,保护动物的情感目标。
