Summer Camp in Australia

Summer Camp in Australia is a short-term exchange program, which consists of two weeks’ home stay and study plus one week’s travel in the summer vacation. It aims to improve the students’ English skill and enable them to experience the Australia culture, social system and prepare them for the future possible study in Australia.

1. Content:

1) Homestay, 2 weeks

The students stay in local family, one student in one family;

The host family provide the student 3 meals per day;

On Sunday, students spend the time with host family;

2) Study, 2 weeks

During the homestay period, students take classes in the morning;

Australian college faculties instruct the classes, covering the Australia history, customs, education system, literatures, basic legal introduction, etc;

Classes are taken from Monday to Friday;

3) Site Visit, 2 weeks

During the homestay period, students will take chances to visit the local communities, government, universities, museums, courts and law affairs, tourism attractions, etc, in the after noon from Monday to Friday;

On Saturday, students are organized to hang out in Brisbane, and other tourism attractions;

4) City Tour, 1 week

In the last week, students leave from Brisbane, visit Golden Coast, Canberra, Sydney.

2. Group Size:

Participants are freshman and sophomore, with 7-8 years’ experience in English study;

The estimated group size is 10-20 members, 10 students with 1 faculty, and the smallest group size is 10.

3. Fees: ________,

It includes the tuition, host family placement, transportation inside AU, fees for tourism attraction, meals, and insurance;

It doesn't cover the international airfare.
