房地产技术管理工作问题和对策论文

浅议房地产技术管理工作的问题和对策摘要：随着我国经济的快速发展，房地产事业突飞猛进。在房地产事业高速发展的同时，如何做好技术管理工作成为我们关注的核心。本文试从房地产技术管理的概念内涵、所面临的问题和解决的对策三方面着手对此问题进行阐述，并指出房地产技术管理进一步发展的途径。

abstract: along with the rapid economic development of our country, the real estate business by leaps and bounds. in the real estate business high-speed development and at the same time, how well the technical management work is a core of our attention. this paper tries to real estate technology management connotation of the concept, the problem and the countermeasures to this problem from three aspects is expounded, and points out that the further development of the real estate technology management approach.
