General Information
You are about to take the Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 MR4 Technical Assessment.
This assessment is based primarily on training content taught in the Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 MR4: Administration course. The recommended courses to prepare for this exam include: Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 MR4 Administration course or Install, Configure & Deploy + Manage & Administer courses.

Important points you should know about this assessment before you begin
?You will have up to 90 minutes to complete the assessment.
?You will be presented with 50 – 60 items on the assessment. Symantec regularly conducts
statistical analyses of exam results for exam maintenance purposes. In doing so, Symantec
publishes a range of questions per exam to account for “unscored” questions to evaluate the
performance in the field/on the released exam. The “unscored” questions do not count
towards your passing score and additional time is already incorporated into the total exam
duration to answer these questions.
?You must score 79% correct in order to pass.
?Your final score will be calculated on the number of scored items you answer correctly so
please be sure to answer all questions. Passing this assessment counts toward a Symantec
Technical Specialist Award.
?If you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, you must wait at least 3 days (72 hours)
before a second attempt. If you do not pass an exam on your second attempt, then you must
wait at least 2 weeks (14 days) between each additional attempt. If you need to retake an
exam that you have already passed in order to fulfill a certification track requirement, you
may do so after 3 months.
