审协江苏中心面试准备
1~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~salary（这里涉及的都是税后） 1）基本工资： a)现在是入职第三个月，上个月拿到了3700，每个人每个月发的不一样，见习期间基本上还是能拿3000＋。 b)审协的津贴、补助跟基本工资都是每个月的5号一起发放，分的比较细，有的基本上不变如餐补，有的则随资历不同有较大起伏，比如等级审查员津贴200-2000不等，培训期间好像为0。 2）绩效工资：与结案情况挂钩，基本上是多劳多得，这个“基本上”基本上是取决于个人的情况，传说中有效率高的审查员一个月可以结二十多个（未经考证），而有的审查员经常需要加班却也只是很勉强完成基本的8个任务，一个结案500左右，自己算吧。 稳定之后，平均水平在7000左右。等成为经验更丰富的老审，随着结案效率的提高，以及各种津贴补助的提高，一个月拿到1w+是可以预期的，但是如果想拿的更多比如突破2w，个人觉得有些难度，而且可能还很难，毕竟一个人的时间和精力是有限的，而每个结案都有其流程，不可能想作多少就能作多少。如果想挣很多很多钱，这里恐怕不太合适。 2~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~wellfare 各种福利基本上还是有的，但是数额一般。据说早几年国知局有过一次福利分房，但是现在光审协就有1400左右的人，基数一大，福利方面一平均，分的自然不会太多。 餐厅：作为“自助餐杀手”，偶对审协的午餐还是相当满意滴（不过从健康角度来看，打算有所节制了）。4个中餐区，1个回民区，一个凉菜水果区（原先还有一个独立的西餐区，后来并入到中餐区了），午餐挺丰盛，荤素口味都还行，花样儿也还可以，更重要的是免费的自助，反正对付我是绰绰有余了。如果加班，晚饭和周末还有加班餐免费提供。如果愿意，早饭也可以在单位餐厅吃，不过这个就不是免费的了，性价比还是挺好的。总之在审协，吃饭基本上花不了什么钱，伙食还可以。 宿舍：刚入职的单身员工可以申请审协的宿舍(一般在清河)，标准间的模式，两三个人住一屋，有空调、电视、洗衣机、浴室、简单家具等，第一年交150元/月（两人间），无水电费；第2、3年360元/月(两人间)。 年度旅游：今年的文件中列出了5条路线，挺想选丽江和版纳的那个七日游，可惜没有资格（得工作一年），单位可以报销2500以内的花销。 简单介绍下我了解到其他福利： 降温费：4个月一共发1200 中秋节发了160的好丽来购物券，老审说还有五六百的过节费，不过目前偶还没看到，没关系，咱有作蜡笔小新（偶是新人）的觉悟。 每个月有60的文具费，每半年集中发一次 党员偶尔会发点小东西，不过我入职以来只领过一张床单 生日发50元 国庆发1000元 其他关于体检、假期等不再赘述

【转载水木社区谈谈专利审查协作中心】 最近看到版上很多人在讨论国知局专利审查协作中心，很多人不是很了解这个单位，评价的人也是褒贬不一。我在审协工作了快一年了，在这里谈谈自己对这个单位的一些认识吧，给大家的选择做一个参考。 一、审协干什么的。 专利审查协作中心是国知局下属的一个事业单位，工作内容和专利局大部分审查员的工作相同，就是进行发明专利的实质审查。对于每个专利申请都是一个相对固定的法律流程，内容包括：理解申请的发明、针对申请的发明专利文件在中英文专利库以及非专利库中进行检索、依据专利法给出是否具有专利性的意见并通知申请人、根据修改后的文本继续审查，直至最后专利的授权或者驳回。 由于审协是事业单位，所以员工不是公务员，原则上自然不享受公务员的待遇。但是它毕竟属于国知局，有些制度上也会与公务员制度挂钩，有些制度相对灵活，只能说有利有弊吧。这里工作性质比较简单，甚至有些枯燥，比较适合踏踏实实做工作又能够耐得住性子的人。 二、待遇如何。 很多人都很关心这个问题，所以放在比较优先的位置说吧。总的来说，审协是一个饿不死也撑不死的地方。这里的收入和绩效挂钩，每月的收入是基本工资加上绩效工资的总和。刚进入审协的时候基本工资在2500左右吧（今后会涨，但是幅度不大），因为没有干活所以也就没有绩效工资，这也就是新人的全部收入，如果想一开始就拿很高工资的人就别来了，呵呵。所谓绩效工资就是每结一个专利案件给500块，每个案件的情况不同，平均从接到一个新案件到最终结案要一年多的时间，所以想拿到比较稳定的绩效工资至少要在一年以后。这里每个人每年的任务量是结96个案件，平均每月8个，很多人超额完成任务。据我所知，现在审协里的平均绩效工资是5000块左右。大家自己算算吧，只要好好干，在审协基本每月拿到7、8千块钱还是没有问题的，但是还是那句话，要是想靠在审协工作拿到年薪百万的人也就别来了。 由于是国家事业单位，所以三险一金这些都没有问题，而且解决北京户口，这对于很多人，尤其是很多外地学校的同学还是很有吸引力的。家不在北京的新人进入审协提供宿舍，地点不定，两人一间，条件一般。 三、工作环境。 这里的工作环境应该说还不错，就和很多公司里也差不多。每人一个小的隔板间，最高配置的dell电脑，相信大家对这些也不是很在意的，而且真的来参加笔试面试的人相信也都了解了。 四、人际关系。 由于工作性质的原因，比起外企和国家机关来说，这里的人际关系相对简单。因为每个人的工作对象就是自己的案子，拿多少钱全靠自己努力，所以人和人之间不会有太多的利益冲突。感觉这是一个学院派的单位，大家很多是在法律或者技术上互相交流，和在学校的教研组里也差不多，我们办公室的一个老审查员到现在还经常说“男生”、“女生”怎么怎么样，足见这里的特点。也正是因为这个原因，这里大家之间的交流也比较亲切和无私，给人感觉不错，少有大公司或者国家机关中的尔虞我诈。
