正方1：My team holds the idea that college students should be allowed to live campus only . According to the fact , most of college students is living in campus now . why they prefer to live in campus only is very easy to answer .
firstly , convenience .it's convenient to have class ,to have dinner,,to go to the library, to do sports and so on .
secondly , it 's cheap . it ' s much cheaper to live in campus than off campus . because the cost of accommodation in campus is rather cheap . meanwhile , it' s also cheap to have dinner at canteen in campus . so ,we can save much money if we live in campus.
thirdly , safety . it 's safer in campus . as you can see , every floor has Monitoring camera machines（监控摄像机）.they are just like many eyes watching us to protect our safety . if we meet with some problems ,we can also attend to dormitory aunt in time . On the contrary , the situation outside campus is quite complex ，your safety is hard to ensure .
fourthly ,friendship . we live in campus ,and we can promote our friendship . we all roommates have more communication and help each other . At the same time , we do many things together , such as studying ,having dinner and playing . Thus ,we can make our friendship deeper .,too. therefore ,I have to say our college students should be allowed to live in campus .

So, our team believes that college students should be allowed to live in or off campus . when it comes to the dormitory conditions, we can live off campus better. We agree with first debater , the dormitory is very cheap, that's true. but conditions is not very good, such as the west campus dormitory 1 and 2 .it is generally accepted that their conditions are the worse , very simple, no private toilet, no shower. Off-campus housing is a little expensive , but the condition is much better, more private space, more comfortable and it’s convenient to find a part-time job, living off campus can make yourself become more independent, of course, if you feel lonely, you can also rent house together with your best friends.

It ' s all known that the fist class begins at 8 o'clock . normally ,if you live off campus ,you have to get up about 7:00 ,but if you live in campus ,you can just get up at 7:30. THW criminalize those who refuse to help fellow citizens in imminent danger The law we were talking about here is not aim to force people to become reckless heroes. It is aimed to warn us against cold-bloodiness and punish those who see other’s lives as nothing. There is no excuse for leaving someone to die when we are capable of helping. Just like the incident of 小悦悦, in 2009, three college students in Hubei were trying to save two drowning boys, but accidentally slide into the river. In the whole time, a fishing boat was there watching. But, the boat owner cruelly told their friends that he would only pick up their bodies but would not come to their rescue. In the end, those three students sacrificed their lives and the two boys lived. We can make a very long list of such tragedies, but a heart-breaking fact is that it will never be complete unless we start doing something to stop that kind of cruelness. Leaving somebody to die is not a single case, and it IS necessary to set laws to warn the whole society. Member of opposition I don’t agree to criminalize the payment of ransom. Now I will give my two reasons of my idea. The first reason is, paying the ransom is the kidnapper’s idea, while the payer is innocent, not the one to be blame. How can we criminalize the people who are forced to pay the ransom for the sake of their family member’s safety? What if the kidnapper kills the victim? Compared with money, apparently, people’s lives are much more important. When the police can arrest the terrorist in time, the payers will surely not worry about anything, but if the police fail, paying the ransom is the only choice for the payers. In this case, they don’t have any guilt, and there isn’t a proper reason to criminalize them at all. If paying ransom is criminalized, it will cause some bad effects.
