一、教材分析

本模块以贝蒂帮助母亲制定购物清单作为引子,通过谈论家里有什么食物,还需要购买什么食物,很自然地引出了本模块的语法项目“have/has got…”。

本单元以谈论学生最喜欢的食物和健康食物来导入课文,为课文学习作了内容上的铺垫。课文中提到了“juice”是健康饮料,这里指的是纯果汁,不同于我们所说的果汁饮料。

用图片复习Unit1的词汇,同时引出“……is/isn’t good for health.”的句型

In today's world, more and more kinds of junk food are introduced to our society, and more and more pedddleries are appeared which use hogwash oil to cook. It is these situations make the food nowadays less healthy than the past. First, as for the type of the food today, junk food is one of the main sources of harm to people's health. For example, if people walk on the street, they can easily find some junk food store, such as Macdonald's and KFC. These fast food restaurants always provide fried meat, ice-cream, French fries, and soda water for customers, which have no benefits for people's health. Moreover, junk food can also make little children overweight, which becomes a serious problem in today's society life. However, the situation in the past is completely opposite, the restaurants rarely sell junk food that time but standing dish almost. In addition, the quality of oil which is used by peddleries also affects the fitness of food. In order to make more profits while selling food, some peddleries considered to contract the cost of cooking oil. Therefore, hogwash oil quickly becomes a hot choice for them, which is usually extracted by the food remains in restaurants and hotels, or some degenerative ports. Even the floating oil in the sewers can be refine to the oil of cooking, which is totally different from the past, because peddleries in the past mostly use peanut oil or soybean oil that is much healthier than hogwash oil. Some people may claim that there are more deluxe restaurants today than the past, which can offer food with more nutrition to people. For example, the sticks in these high-level restaurants are always inward, which are superior meat from the cattle fed with upper-bracket fodders. However, in my opinion, I truly admitted that food in these restaurants can give people much more nutrition than food in the past, but the population of this kind of restaurant is very few, most of the restaurant today still cannot provide such healthy food like these restaurant. In conclusion, though there are more kinds of food and much more restaurant in today's society than the life in the past, the food nowadays do lack health compared with the past, as not only the type of food is less healthy, but also the ingredients are unhealthy as well.
