I take the liberty to write this letter to you. In case you have forgotten me, I am Leo, overseas sales manager of CRRC SIFANG Company, Ltd (SFC). We met at the Inno Trans exhibition in Berlin last month and had a wonderful talk. We exchanged cards and promised to keep in touch. So here I am.
