环境壁垒对我国进出口的影响及对策

摘要

环境壁垒，又叫做绿色壁垒，是近些年来在世界环保浪潮中悄然兴起的一种新型贸易壁垒形式。随着关税壁垒逐步在进出口贸易中的力量削弱，环境壁垒开始逐步成为发达国家最新使用的一种国际贸易保护工具。在国际贸易中，环境壁垒经常被发达国际作为限制发展中国家出口的一个合理性准入限制提出来。他们抓住了人们关注人类健康和生态环境的心理，并利用自身先进的技术水平和雄厚的资金基础提出了过高的行业标准，近几年来，我国进出口贸易就受到了许多环境壁垒问题的限制和影响。本文从环境壁垒的含义以及实施现状出发，具体分析了环境壁垒对我国进出口贸易的影响以及我国遭遇环境壁垒的主要原因，并根据这些问题提出了相应的解决性对策，希望能够为相关研究提供一定的借鉴。
