摘要本文结合学校医学影像教学需求提出构建基于DICOM3.0标准的PACS教学系统，并进行深入的开发和建设，实现系统与学校教学管理平台的对接，与自动化考试题库的对接，与医院PACS系统对接。为医学影像专业学生提高临床思维能力和实践技能建立了一种数字化的教学环境。

Abstract The paper proposed construction，together with in-depth development，of PACS teaching system based on the DICOM3.0 standard，which combines actual teaching demands of medical imaging technology in the college，to achieveconnection of the system with teaching management platform and automatic test database of the college and PACS system in the

hospital.Thus，a kind of digital teaching environment with the purpose of improving clinical thinking abilities and practical skills of medical imaging students is created.

随着PACS系统在医学影像诊断、存储和管理等方面得到充分的发挥和应用，许多高校利用PACS系统进行医影像教学。本文结合我校实际，就基于DICOM3.0标准的PACS教学系统建设进行初步研究和分析。

1 基于DICOM3.0标准的PACS系统的构建理论
