A letter of complaint
To whom it may concern，
I am a client of your hotel but the bad service of your hotel force me towritethisletterto make a serious complaint.
Firstly, there was no record of the booking at reception which wasted me 45 minutes to wait. However, I was at a hurry at that time. I felt quite dreadful and even I was criticized by my boss for this fault which he thought was unforgivable. The second is that the meeting room was double-booked so that we resulted in meeting clients in the smaller room.My boss was very angry with this too. Lastly, the towels in the room were not changed in the bathroom overnight while the room service said this was hotel policy was based on environmental reasons. The waiter showed an unpolite face to me all the time.
