社会工作实验室“体验式”平台化建设

摘要社会工作的快速发展要求培养出一批具有实践能力的专业人才，社会工作实验室作为连接“教室”与“社会”的平台不仅提供了实践技能教学的硬件条件，而且还可以让社会工作专业的学生在这个“体验式”的平台更好地理解社会工作，加强专业认同感。本文通过分析社会工作实验室建设与使用的现状，针对社工实验室发展存在的问题，提出了社工实验室体验式平台的建设对策。

——Improve Students' Professional Identity from the Perspective of Social Laboratory

Abstract The rapid development of social work practice requires the ability to train a group of professionals， social work laboratory as a connection "classroom" and "social" platform not only provides the hardware conditions of teaching practical skills， but also allows the social work profession students in this "experiential" platform to better understanding of the social work to strengthen the professional identity. By analyzing the present situation of social work Labs and used for social problems in the development laboratory， we proposed building a countermeasure social laboratory experiential platform.

0 前言

随着和谐社会建设和强调民生政策的要求，2006年党的十六届六中全会提出“建设宏大的社会工作人才队伍”的重要发展战略。因此，社会工作从教育领域到实务领域都取得了快速的发展。近年来，全国各地高校纷纷增设了社会工作专业，社会工作服务试点也在全国范围内开展，各类公益慈善组织、NGO组织也如火如荼地开展相关活动。可以预见，社会工作在今后将获得极大的发展。
