中日合资企业跨文化管理研究 ——以广汽三菱汽车为例 摘要:随着经济的全球化,当前跨国公司和合资企业的发展越来越迅速,从我国的企业结构来看,中日合资企业的比例正在不断增多。这就使得中日合资企业跨文化管理越来越受到企业和社会的关注和重视。从跨文化管理角度上看,不论对中国企业走出国门,还是国外企业进入中国,都离不来不同文化的冲突和融合,对企业的进一步发展和扩张影响巨大,这就决定了企业进行跨文化管理研究的重要性。本文结合国内外学者对中日合资企业跨文化管理相关研究资料,结合所学的理论知识,从广汽三菱汽车企业中分析跨文化管理的冲突并提出广汽三菱汽车跨文化管理的合理建议,以期为更多的中日合资企业及其他中外合资企业的跨文化管理提供参考和借鉴。使其有经验可循,有措施可效仿,少走弯路甚至不走弯路,使合资企业在合资的道路上走的更顺利、更长远。
