Discussion on the the test of spoken English
Lots of people believe that it is necessary to hold test of spoken English for the reasons of below.Although people have taken hundreds of English tests ever since they started learning English and even many of them have got high marks, few of them can express themselves clearly in spoken English.There is no sense of learning a language without speaking it smoothly.
While some others hold the different opinion.These people believe that the mark of a test do not make sense.The most important way to learn spoken English is to learn by talk in stead of taking an examination.
As far as I’m concerned,test of spoken English does make sense.It is a way to encourage people to speak English loudly and don’t be afraid of making mistakes.What’s more,I agree with the opinion scores can not explain everything,but it can explain some of the problems.
