实体模型ANSYS制作过程
《ANSYS 工程软件分析》课程结业报告
要求:
1
简要说明课题来源、应用背景及分析意义; 2 模型基本情况和基本参数; 3 分析主要步骤; 4 后处理及结果分析;

分析题目:环形物体受力分析
1、环形物体一端固定,一端受集中力情况下的应力分析,我们可以利用ANSYS 来模拟仿真环形物体在受力时的失效和破坏。
2、
(1)基本参数:弹性模量 E=70GPa 泊松比 v=0.25 (2)集中力为:F=4.4483N 3、
3.1对题目进行分析,画出简化模型。
3.2设置解题类型
启动ANSYS ,单击Preference 交互界面对话框,选中Structural ,来对后面的分析进行菜单及相应的图形 界面过滤,单击OK 按钮。 3.3实体建模 建立曲梁
依次单击Main Menu ,Preprocessor ,Modeling ,Create ,Volumes ,Cylinder ,Partial Cylinder ,单击OK 。 3.4添加材料属性
依次单击Main Menu ,Preprocessor ,Material Props ,Material Models ,在对话框依次点击Structural ,Lingar,Elastic,Isotropic ,在弹出对话框添加弹性模量70e3,泊松比0.25,单击OK 。 3.5划分网格
3.5.1定义单元类型
依次单击Main Menu ,Preprocessor ,Element Type ,Add/Edit/Delete ,Add ,select Solid 10node 92,单击OK (Back to Element Types window),Close (the Element Type window )。 3.5.2定义材料(弹性模量,泊松比) 依次单击Main Menu ,Preprocessor ,Material Props ,Material Models ,Structural ,Liner ,Elastic ,Isotropic ,input EX:70e3,PRXY:0.25,单击OK 。 3.5.3网格密度设置
依次单击Main Menu ,Preprocessor ,Meshing ,Mesh Tool ,利用网格智能划分。 3.5.4划分网格
依次单击Mesh Tool ,Mesh :select Volumes ,Shape :Tet ,Free ,Mesh ,Pick All ,Close (the Mesh Tool window ) 3.6求解
3.6.1施加位移边界条件与加载
给节点816施加y 方向的集中力:依次单击Main Menu ,Solution ,Define Loads ,Apply ,Structural ,Force/Moment ,On Nodes ,拾取节点816,OK ,Lab :FY ,Value :4.4483,单击OK 。 给底面施加固定约束:依次单击Main Menu ,Solutin ,Define Loads ,Apply ,Structural ,Displacement ,On Areas ,拾取底面,OK ,select Lab2:ALL OFF ,OK 。 3.6.2求解
依次单击Preprocessor ,Solution ,Analysis Type ,New Analysis
依次单击Main Menu ,Solution ,Solve ,Current LS ,OK (to close the solve Current Load Step window ),OK 。 3.7后处理 3.7.1挠度 依次单击Main Menu ,General Postproc ,Plot Results ,Contour Plot ,Nodal Solution ,选择DOF Solution ,Y-Compnent of displacement ,OK 。 依次单击Main Menu ,General Postproc ,List Results ,Contour Plot ,Nodal Solution ,选择DOF Solution ,Y-Compnent of displacement ,OK 。 3.7.2:依次单击Main Menu ,General Postproc ,Plot Results ,Contour Plot ,Nodal Solution ,选择Stress ,Y-Compnent of displacement ,OK 。
4通用后处理
通过读取结果文件,绘制下图
1.绘制连续梁变形图:依次单击Main Menu, General Postproc, Plot Results, Defomed Shap.选中Def+undeform

4.Y方向应力图:依次单击Main Menu, General Postproc, Piot Results, Contour Plot, Nodal solu.再依次点击Nodal Solution,Stress,Y-Component of stress如下图
总结:由以上分析可知最大应力处在环形物体最右端,即途中红色区域。所以此模型要注意边缘部分的破坏可能,设计时应予注意加厚边缘红色区域的部分。
