论技工院校《公差配合与技术测量》课程教学的“五个结合”

【摘要】技工教育以培养应用型、技能型人才为目标, 机械行业的工作岗位从设计制造到生产一线的人员都必须具有《公差配合与技术测量》方面的知识和技能，《公差配合与技术测量》课程是技工院校机类、近机类专业的重要基础课程。文章论述课程教学中的“五个结合”（结合机械加工与装配精度标准，强化学生的质量意识；结合教材重点难点内容的突破，巩固学生的基础知识；结合实训车间中常见机械实例，深化学生的感性认识；结合多媒体课件教学的灵活性，增强学生的理解能力；结合技能训练中的工量具使用，提高学生的测量水平），从五个方面探讨有效教学以达到课程目标。

本校作为广东省办学历史最长、办学规模最大、办学实力最强的技工院校之一，被评为广东省职业教育技工学校最具竞争力20强第三名，是目前广东省唯一一所校本部在校学生超万人的技工院校。设有41个全日制专业和25个培训专业，其中机类、近机类专业有：模具设计、数控加工、汽车检测、塑机维修、电气自动化设备安装与维修、机械设备装配与自动控制、数控机床装配与维修、数控编程、汽车电器维修、机电一体化、机械制造、机械设备维修、汽车钣金与喷涂、汽车维修等，仅机械工程系和数控技术系两个系的在校生就达6000多人，机类专业在本校作为重点发展专业。随着我国制造业的发展，机械设备及机电产品的技术要求越来越高，《公差配合与技术测量》这门课程对技工教育而言已成为更加重要的专业基础课程，该课程的教学质量直接影响后续课程的学习效果，
