1.考勤异常审批流程:非管理人员/班长→组长→正/副科长;组长/正/副科长→正/副部长。

2.每月忘打卡和忘带卡的累计次数超过3次时,超过的次数直接按迟到/早退处理,不得通过签卡登记方式按正常按时上下班处理。有打卡记录的,直接按打卡时间核算迟到/早退时间;没有打卡记录的,每次按迟到/早退1小时处理。确有特殊情况的,须经正/副部长审批确认。

If an employee has forgotten to clock in/out or has forgotten to bring his/her timecard for more than three times in a month, such events as from the fourth time shall be regarded as late arrival or early departure and shall not be mediated as normal clock-in or clock-out by means of signing for attendance. If there is a clock-in or clock-out record, the timespan of late arrival or early departure shall be calculated on the basis of the actual clocking time. If there is no clock-in or clock-out record, the timespan of late arrival or early departure shall be regarded as one hour. The punishment can be exempted only in special cases upon approval by the director and deputy director of the employee's affiliated department.
