Use this form to order one of the following services for an SAT? test you’ve recently taken or registered for. These services are not available for SAT Subject Tests?. See page 2 for more information about the Question-and-Answer Service (QAS) and Student Answer Service (SAS), including when each service is available. Order Information

Information About QAS and SAS

The Question-and-Answer Service (QAS) is a test-disclosure service that includes a booklet copy of the test you took with a table of correct answers and scoring information. You also receive a report that lists the type and level of difficulty of each question, along with what your answer was, and whether it was correct, incorrect, or omitted. QAS costs $18.

The Student Answer Service (SAS) provides a report with information about the type of questions on your test, their level of difficulty, and whether your answers were correct, incorrect, or omitted. SAS costs $13.50.

Use the table below to determine whether to order QAS or SAS. For a makeup, DANTES, or alternate test date, order SAS.
