The Project Charter is intended to explicitly document project definition and scope and is a key document in the CCS Project Management Methodology. This template outlines the content and format of project charters to be used for all information systems and technology projects. The Project Management Office is your resource for completing this document.Any project matching one or more of the following criteria requires a Project Charter: ✓Funding is needed for the project (fiscal or base)✓Project resources will require greater than 20 person days of effort✓Project has an impact on another department (either from the deliverables of the project or for project resourcing)✓Project sponsor determines that strategic visibility for the initiative is necessaryDepending on the project scope, this document will be reviewed by either the CIO or the Information Systems Steering Committee for approval. As a result, the completion of all sections of this document with sufficient information is necessary to facilitate that decision. The decision will be one of the following:1.Approval to Plan– Approval to spend the resources necessary to develop a detailedproject plan (for large, complex projects).2.Approval to Execute–Approval to proceed with the execution of the project (forsmaller, shorter, inexpensive projects).3.On Hold– Approval in principle with the project concept but certain conditions mustbe met prior to proceeding with execution.4.Rejected– Project is declined and is not approved to proceed.Text in gray is instructions for completing the template and should be removed from the final version. Introduction: Our project aimed to develop a mobile application that simplifies daily tasks and enhances productivity. We wanted to create a user-friendly and intuitive app that can be easily integrated into users' daily routines.User Interface: The user interface of our app is clean and minimalistic. We focused on creating a visually appealing design that is easy to navigate. The color scheme is vibrant yet not overwhelming, and the fonts are clear and legible. Users can easily find the features they need and perform tasks efficiently.Features: Our app offers a range of useful features. For example, it includes a to-do list where users can add tasks, set deadlines, and prioritize them. It also has a calendar feature that allows users to schedule events andset reminders. Additionally, we included a note-taking feature that enables users to jot down ideas and thoughts on the go.Functionality: The app is highly functional and responsive. It runs smoothly on both iOS and Android devices, ensuring a seamless user experience. We conducted extensive testing to identify and fix any bugs or glitches. The app also has a backup feature that automatically saves users' data to the cloud, providing peace of mind in case of device loss or damage.User Feedback: We gathered feedback from a group of beta testers to improve the app. Users found the app easy to use and appreciated its simplicity. They particularly liked the clean design and the ability to customize the app according to their preferences. Some users suggested additional features, such as integration with other popular productivity apps, which we will consider for future updates.Challenges: Developing this app presented somechallenges. One of the main challenges was ensuring compatibility across different devices and operating systems. We had to conduct thorough testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure the app's functionality on various platforms. Another challenge was optimizing theapp's performance to ensure it runs smoothly even on older devices with limited resources. Conclusion: Overall, our project was a success. We developed a user-friendly and functional mobile app that simplifies daily tasks and enhances productivity. The app's clean design and intuitive interface make it easy for users to navigate and accomplish their goals. We are proud of our achievement and look forward to further improving the app based on user feedback.。

Project ReportTitle PageDo you like “fengjie ”s?Table of ContentsAbstractThe title of our group ‟s research is the appreciation of the ugly. the phenomenon, appreciation of the ugly, has gone popular. More and more people try to please the public by uglifying themselves on purpose and so many people flatter them and tease them. We are going to make a research and find out why this phenomenon emerged and gone so popular. We will send questionnaires to the public, interview some people who are interested in that, search some useful information on line and get materials from related books or newspapers. We may find out most of the people support the behavior that the appreciation of the ugly and think the …ugly people …are not bad and interesting.IntroductionAs we all know, recently, the phenomenon, appreciation of the ugly, has gone popular. More and more people try to please the public by uglifying themselves on purpose and more and more people flatter them and tease them. The public appreciation of the ugly has been filled with our daily lives. As the new culture appeared recently, the appreciation of the ugly, has gone so popular and so powerful. Then, we all wander that why this phenomenon emerged and why it can go so popular. then, our group decides to make a research about this issue and want to find out the finally answer. Methods and ProceduresIn order to complete this research, we are going to make use of all kinds methods that we can find, including sending questionnaires to the public, interviewing some people who are interested in that, searching some useful information online, getting materials from related books or newspapers .The following is our group‟s time schedule.other to do the work better.DataTo get the data, we send the questionnaires to the people in our college. We have made 100 pieces of paper s, and take back 86 pieces. Holding these questionnaires We count all the papers; calculate the percent of every choice in every problem, and then, we make the charts of all the problems in the computer. Later, we also find some people around us to make the interviews. We made three interviews all together, and we record all the processions and make them a video so that we can use them as our speech materials..ConclusionThrough the research, we get the data,57.78 percent of the people that have been investigated think the “fengjie‟and ”furong”sister do all the things just for the interests, 59.54 percent of the people think the ugly culture is the raunchy culture, and 87.50 percent of the people think that we should choice the go for the fame By positive effects. besides, among the three interviewees, two of them are nor agree with the so-called ugly people. Just because all these data, we can conclude the conclusion that the most people in the public do not look upon the behaviors of the so-called ugly people. And they think the so-called ugly people do these things just for their interests. And the conclusion is absolutely opposite to our hypothesis before the research, that many people want to see the ugly and many people want to perform like the ugly before the public, it is possible that we are wrong, but we carry out our research just in the college school, which is not the whole country and the people is not the whole public. So, if we want to make the research in the further and deeper way, we should go out of the school and find the typical people in the society that are in the different classes and in the different ages, besides the number also needs larger. The more important, the questionnaire we aregoing to use needs more rich, there are more contents in that. Then, we should also find some professionals to get the more accurate information.SourcesWe have get some information form the internet such as/view/1151091.htm/Wiki/ShowContent.aspx?titleid=418139 some people‟s blog/s/blog_4fae65ab0100bnt2.html“baiduwenku”/view/e590ac72f242336c1eb95ebf.html “baiduzhidao”/question/276283200.htmlsome magazines2010年09月14日14:10人民论坛杂志《人民论坛》(2010年第25期)《晚霞》 2010年22期《少年智力开发报》(文综专页)2011年第1期2011年06月18日 13:31:42 光明日报Some videostudou, yokouThe interviewCenyucaoDongxinxinDumaomoaAcknowledgementsThe first one we should thank is our teacher, because, at the beginning of the research, we can not chose a valuable topic, then, our teacher remind us to begin with the topic that the appreciation of the ugly, later, we carry out this topic and go on at last. And during the research, the teacher tell a lot of problems that we should modify so that we can bring out the rational questionnaire to get the research better. The second one we should acknowledge is the people that receipt our interview. Our project was a great success! We worked really hard and achieved all of our goals. It was a challenging but rewarding experience.Firstly, we had to come up with a project idea. We brainstormed different options and finally settled on creating a mobile app. We wanted to develop something innovative and useful for everyday life.Next, we divided the tasks among the team members. Each person had their own responsibilities and deadlines. We worked independently but also collaborated when necessary. This allowed us to make progress efficiently. The development phase was quite intense. We faced some technical difficulties along the way, but we didn't letthat discourage us. We found solutions and kept movingforward. It was a great learning experience for all of us.Once the app was developed, we conducted extensive testing. We wanted to make sure it was user-friendly andbug-free. We gathered feedback from different users and made necessary improvements based on their suggestions. This iterative process was crucial in making our app better. After the testing phase, we launched the app on various platforms. We created a marketing strategy to reach our target audience. We utilized social media, online advertisements, and word-of-mouth to promote our app. The response was overwhelming, and we gained a significant number of downloads.Throughout the project, we faced challenges and setbacks. However, we didn't let them discourage us. We remained determined and focused on our end goal. This perseverance helped us overcome obstacles and achieve success. In conclusion, our project was a remarkable journey. Welearned valuable skills, faced challenges head-on, and created something impactful. It was a team effort, and each member played a vital role.
