TB1240AN是一块适用于PAL/NTSC制的中频和视频处理器，它是日本东芝公司推出的产品，该芯片能解调PAL／NTSC C PIF信号、SIF信号以及复合视频信号使其转换成R,G、B基色信号和音频信号。

主要性能：其中频级具有双时间常数的IF AGC、总线控制RF AGC、总线控制能完成SECAM -L制解调、对于4.5MHz－6.5MH多制式SIF，利用锁相环SIF完成解调，其视频级内设有色度陷波器、亮度延时线、具有黑电平扩展功能、备有延时型鲜明度控制，其色度级具有SECAM R-Y、B-Y输入端、自动彩色制式检测、fsc副载频连续波输出，其测试级具有快速消隐电路、模拟R/G/B接口、截止／驱动调整电路、自动亮度／色度限制及UV信号输入等电路；其偏转级具有无需配有行VCO的谐振器、行相位控制、场相位控制，行场锁定检测、沙堡脉冲输出（HD+ VD+门闩脉冲）及东酉校正和场校正等电路。
双列56脚封装,具有图像、伴音中频放大、解调、亮度、色度信号处理、行场振荡的产生、同步、场线性及东西失真校正等功能。

The sensor uses Passive Infrared (PIR) detection technology to monitor a room for occupancy using a segmented, tamper resistant lens. A specialized lens divides the field-of-view into sensor zones. When a person passes in or out of a sensor zone the sensor detects motion and switches the lights ON. The lights will remain ON as long as long as an occupant moves through the sensor zones and after the timeout expires. The ODD24-IDW features a vacancy mode for Manual-ON/Auto-OFF operation, ideal for installations where manual-ON switching is required for energy code applications. This detection allows the lights to remain ON when individuals in the space are more stationary. 其中英飞凌科技公司的24GHz 锗硅工艺高集成单片雷达解决方案就是其中具有代表性的一种，被大量应用在液位或物料检测、照明控制、汽车防撞、安防系统。
FMCW 为此种应用最多采用的信号调制方式。
本文采用锁相环频率合成方案，产生系统所需的FMCW 调制信号。
