在转子可控硅编码启动系 统,1-5JK均为3相交流开 关,在八级编码中,三相 开关同时动作,只组合出 一个编码。如果我们把三 相开关分别控制,就相当 于把启动交流开关增加到 原来的3倍,可以选择的编 码也就增加到原来的三倍, 达到20级以上。

Polarity must be observed. Refer to Figure 1.Note: When panel mounting the beacon, the surface andconstruction details of the panel must be taken into consideration in order to ensure that the integrity of the outdoor, NEMA 4X rating is fully maintained. Installer should evaluate.1. Place the mounting gasket (supplied) over the hole inthe panel and route the signal wires through the gasket and the hole in the panel.2. Insert the base through the hole in the panel and screwthe locking nut (supplied), with the raised locking edge facing the mounting surface, onto the base to secure the beacon.3. Wire the beacon as follows:a. For AC models, use wire nuts (not supplied) andconnect the signal's black and white wire leads to the power source wires as shown in Figure 2. Polarity is not relevant.b. For DC models, connect the signal's red wire to thepositive power source wire and connect the signal's black wire to the negative power source wire using wire nuts (not supplied). JS、JR系列中型异步电动机概述与技术参数

一.概述JS、JR系列电动机用于驱动各种不同机械,如通风机、压缩机、水泵、破碎机、切削机、机床、运输机械及其它设备,并可供煤矿、机械工业、发电厂及各种工矿企业作原动机之用。
本系列电机为防护式、JS系列电动机允许全电压直接起动,JR系列电动机在起动时必须预先在转子回路内接入起动变阻器,不允许将转子绕组直接短接起动。
额定电压为380V、3000V、6000V。
本系列电动机符合机械工业部部颁标准JB563-64和JB564-64的规定。

该变速器主箱4个档,副箱2个档,速比级差1.39~1.43较为合 理。操纵为单“H”操纵,气路系统同16JS160T变速器。主箱 同步器为双锥面锁环式同步器,副箱同步器为锁销式同步器 【与RT-11509C不通用】。

二轴装配
取二轴二档轮,结合齿朝下 套入二轴并与同步器啮合。
取二轴三档轮,结合齿朝上 套入二轴。
二轴装配
取花键垫套入二轴并与二轴 三档齿轮啮合。
取卡环装入卡环槽内,固定二 轴二档、三档齿轮在二轴上的横向 位置。注:二轴较细一端无六角键。
二轴装配
取三四档同步器一侧组件, 装入二轴并保证与三档齿轮啮 合。
取二轴倒档轮结合齿朝上套入 二轴底部,取长六角键自二轴下端 沿着二轴上的唯一宽键槽,穿过倒 档齿轮向上推送。
二轴装配
取倒档滑套套入额二轴,取二轴花键垫套入二轴,在二轴上第二个宽槽处 转一齿距,推送六角键穿过花键垫。取二轴一档轮,结合齿朝上套入二轴到位。
二轴装配
取一二档同步器一侧组件,装 入二轴并保证与一档齿轮啮合。取 卡环装入卡环槽内,注意卡环开口 处对准六角键,保证其穿动自如。

取三四档同步器同步 毂套入二轴到位。

二轴装配
取一二档同步器另一 侧组件套入二轴到位
取一轴齿轮,结合齿朝下 套入二轴并与同步器一侧组件 啮合。

装配完毕 取二轴压板(野外操作 时可自制)扣于一轴齿轮上, 用螺栓固定。

将8JS125T变速器二轴直立于 工作台上,二轴上一较宽的长方 形宽槽为长六角键的插槽。
向上推送六角键,使其穿 过二轴一档齿轮及同步器一侧 组件。
二轴装配
取一二挡同步器同步毂套入 二轴到位,取卡环装入卡环槽内, 注意卡环开口处对准六角键,保 证其穿动自如。
