宾语从句讲解在复合句中用作宾语的从句叫宾语从句。

宾语从句分为动词的宾语从句,介词的宾语从句和形容词的宾语从句。

今天我们来重点讲解下动词的宾语从句。

Katie likes playing the piano. He tells me.He tells me that Katie likes playing the piano.宾语从句1.语序宾语从句的语序应为陈述句的语序。

即连接词+主语+谓语例如:What‟s his name? I ask himI ask him what his name is.连接词+主+谓Can you tell me how I can get to zoo?Please tell me when we‟ll have the meeting.2.连接词1)当由陈述句充当宾语从句时,用that引导,that无词义,在口语或非正式文体中常省略。

如:“She is a good girl”, the teacher told us.The teacher told us (that) she was a good girl.2)当由一般疑问句充当宾语从句时,用if或whether引导,意为“是否”。

如:“Do you want to try it?”My mother asked me.He asked me if/whether I wanted to try it.I don't know if /whether he still lives here after so many years.我不知道这么多年后他是否还住在这儿。

If 和whether在大部分情况下可以转换,但在下列情况下只能用whether:①在具有选择意义,又有or或or not时,尤其是直接与or not连用时,往往用whether(if…or not也可以使用)。

如:Let me know whether /if he will come or not.(=Let me know whether or not he will come)让我知道他是否能来。

(一)当从句的原句为以下句子以及what, who作 主语时,语序不变: What’s wrong? What’s the matter? What’s happening? eg:I don’t know what’s the matter. Can you tell me who is over there?

(三)时态:

特殊情况:
1.从句说明的是一般真理、客观事实、自然现象、名言 时,任用现在时。 Dad told us that it is better to do than to say. He told the boy that three and three is six. Could you tell me where the bookshop is. 2.从句中有具体时间状语,即使从句动作发生在主句动 作前,仍然用一般过去时。 The teacher told me she was born in 1960.

在含有宾语从句的主从复合句中,当主句的主语为第一人称, 谓 语动词是think, believe, guess, suppose等时,要将从句的 否定 词转移到主句中,即主句的谓语动词用否定式,宾语从句的谓 语动 词用肯定式。 has he eg: (5)I don’t think he will come with you. 注意:这种句子在其后接附加问句时,要特别小心。 didn’t he eg: (6) I don’t believe he has finished the work, ________? 宾语从句即句子作宾语,而不再是一个词或短 语作宾语。 I like my teacher.(名词作宾语) I know him .(代词作宾语) I know Mr Li teaches English. (句子作宾语)
