It provides internally fixed threshold levels with 0.1V per step ranging from 1.2V to 5V, which covers most digital applications. It features low supply current of 3μA.The RT9817 performs supervisory function by sending out a reset signal whenever the V DD voltage falls below a preset threshold level. This reset signal will last the whole period before V DD recovering. Once V DD recovered upcrossing the threshold level, the reset signal will be released after a certain delay time. To pull reset signal low manually, just pull the manual reset input (MR) below the specified V IL level. 绿色节能电流模反激 PWM 功率开关
为了滤除 MOSFET 导通瞬间 SENSE 端所产生 的瞬时大电压,防止错误的 SENCE 峰值电流 检测。在前沿消隐时间内,功率 MOSFET 始 终保持关断。这样就可以节省一个外部的 RC 网络。
内部斜波补偿
斜波补偿电路在 SENSE 端检测电压信号 上叠加了一个三角波信号。这极大的改善了系 统工作在 CCM 模式的闭环稳定性,防止次谐 波振荡,减小输出纹波电压。

FP5209 是一种适用于广泛工作电压应用的升压型拓扑开关稳压器。它提供 内置门驱动器引脚,扩展引脚,用于驱动外部 N-MOSFET。内部补偿网络最大限 度地减少了外部元件的计数和误差的非可逆输入放大器连接到 0.6V 精密参考电 压。FP5209 具有内部软启动功能。

布局注意事项
1. 功率轨迹,包括 GND 轨迹、MOS 漏极轨迹和 VCC 轨迹保持短、直、宽。 2. 版图开关节点 MOS 漏极,电感和二极管的连接轨迹宽而短,以减少电磁干扰。 3. 将 CIN 尽可能靠近 VCC 引脚,以保持输入电压稳定并过滤掉脉冲输入电流。 4. 电阻分压器 R1 和 R2 必须直接连接到 FB 引脚,并尽可能靠近。 5. FB 是一个敏感节点。请远离开关节点,MOS 漏极。 6. IC、CIN 和 COUT 的 GND 应紧密连接并直接接地飞机。
